Excellent 5 star hotel, with all necessary amenities. They have 3 clay tennis courts. Very good breakfast available in very affordable price. The only thing to improve is to have one or two hard courts considering the climate conditions.

It was a pleasant stay,staff was very helpful.

One of the worst rooms i have ever been during my two month vacation. Unbelievable that they can offer rooms of this quality. had lunch buffet in the restaurant and it was filthy around and under the tables after children had thrown food on the ground and no one bothered to clean up until i asked them as it was so bad. The front desk should have known to give a decent room to a canadian passport holder even if i was a local living out of the country for 50 years and travelled the world but never seen such dirty badly maintained rooms.

What a great hotel, it certainly didn't dissapoint! We were upgraded to a room with a view of the lake which was beautiful. We had Christmas dinner buffet and it was one of the best ever, with an amazing amount of choice.The staff were very friendly and helpful, they certainly know what hospitality means. Easy to recommend!

Cinnamon Lakeside like its sister hotel Cinnamon Grand is one of the leading hotels in Colombo, Sri Lanka. My wife and I with friends have stayed there on a number of occasions. We enjoyed the stay and have nothing adverse to comment.

The staffs in hotel are extremely thoughtful and nice. The breakfast is fantastic. You can enjoy mupltile country food here. The room is very clean. The hotel is near galla face beach. very beautiful view.

first time staying at this hotel. service team was helpful and accommodative to allow me to have a late check out time when my return flight is in the night. great work and keep up the good job.
