Hotel nearby many restaurants, walking to cologne Dom just 5 minutes. Hotel upgraded my room, Staff very friendly.

Everything was excellent. Just reception could be nicer and the room service not the most quiet one.

Superior location next to Heumarkt, but in quiet yard. Small, but nice rooms. Parking nearby.

Ein relativ gut gelegenes Hotel welches für einen Kurztrip nach Köln nahezu alles bietet.

Отель расположен в самом сердце города. Очень удобно как добраться со станции, так и прогуляться по многим достопримечательностям, которые находятся в шаговой доступности. Номер небольшой, но есть все необходимое. Удобные кровать и подушка, спалось замечательно! Есть холодильник, вайфай работает прекрасно. На первом этаже есть ресторан, где проходят завтраки. Можно также оставить багаж, если чекаут раньше вашего отъезда и вы хотите погулять налегке. Персонал очень отзывчивый! Наиболее адекватная цена в этом районе.

老房子裝修，走道很窄，電梯就夠兩人，好像衹能上。房間寬敞明亮乾淨衞生，很好；前台有咖啡機可以接熱水，前台服務態度很好；位於老城區廣場，離科隆教堂不是最近，但是餐飲很方便，出門吃頓典型德國豬肘啤酒很方便安全，晚上十一點廣場還有出租車等候喝酒的顧客。離步行街、大教堂、中央車站、鐵路橋都不遠，停車在隧道出來的公共停車場，從廣場出來，很方便。性價比很高，推薦

大家別定這家酒店，非常不便！路面是石子路，行李箱都要拖爛了！！而且很隱蔽的位置，周圍都是酒吧，很不安全！而且這個city class有三家店，這家是最不好最不方便的，等你定了，就知道被坑了。打車根本打不到這個位置，要拖着行李走石子路，起碼20分鐘！

房間很小，床比較舒服，還有個小陽台

The staff was incredible. When we found out there was a train strike, and would need to stay another night at the hotel unexpectedly on a very busy mostly sold out time, they immediately were able to reserve rooms at their hotel at a discounted rate! Hotel was so comfortable and great location!

Visited Köln for the Christmas markets and the property is pretty central to the markets, nightlife and only 15 mins from the Dom and station. Friendly welcome on arrival to the property, we were given a map and instructions for times of breakfast, WiFi and also warned of the building works ongoing and it gets noisy from 8 until 3. It’s unavoidable and it’s not like you are going to be wasting time while you are there. We had a double room that was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and of a good size. The shower is great BTW!!! We opted for breakfast, there is a lot of choice and caters for everyone’s tastes as in our part there was a vegetarian and also someone with a nut and wheat allergy and we were all catered for. Breakfast gets very busy from 8.30-10am and it can be a bit fraught as some guests can be a little entitled. The staff have a lot of patience. We slept well in the comfortable beds and the duvets were nice and warm and the rooms were quiet. Check out was easy and there is a room to store your cases if like us you had a later flight. We had a good stay and would recommend the property and would happily stay again.

It is nice that the room has 5 beds which our kids can have each own bed. All amenities work properly. Great location that we can walk to the Cologne Cathedral. Mark and Mai both receptionists are helpful and friendly. It would be nice if the breakfast was included.
