Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours. Also be aware there is a 1 bedroom apartment in the basement, in the other half of the downstairs. This is totally separate from your space. The only areas that overlap is the backyard. You may hear the guest because walls are thin. Safety: Carefully unlock the safety strap before use and lock it again afterward. Follow all posted rules, including no glass, no smoking, and leaving the chemical dispenser in the spa. Health Precautions: Do not use the hot tub if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, pregnant, have high blood pressure, open wounds, or bowel/bladder incontinence.
