I booked quite last minute and I managed to get a very great deal contacting directly the hotel. Amazing Mountain view room, enchanting location and plenty of good local food at breakfast and dinner. The spa is a very nice way to end the day as well.

Good food, friendly service, room cleaning could be improved, central location in Klobenstein, good for short walkings! You can reach Bolzano and you needno car! Ritten card is included, so you can use public transportation without additional cost

Hotel eccellente per i miei gusti personali, camere molto grandi e ben arredate, grandi spazi in tutto l'hotel dove poter stare tranquilli, grande parco con una nuova bio piscina fantastica, parco giochi per bambini, ping-pong, orto molto curato, e tanta tranquillità. Zona wellness molto grande con sauna, vitarium bagno turco e Jacuzzi all'aperto tutto molto grande e spazioso. Piscina coperta con tanti getti d'acqua e idromassaggio e piscina esterna rotonda anch'essa con due zone idromassaggio. Ottimo ristorante con cibi veramente deliziosi e ricercati, stanza dedicata ad un grande e ricchissimo buffet, colazione altrettanto deliziosa con altrettanto ricchissimo buffet. Proprietari che si prendono cura degli ospiti sotto ogni aspetto, personale di sala attento e preparato. Davanti all'hotel c' è anche una bellissima terrazza/giardino con divanetti per ammirare il bellissimo panorama in tutta tranquillità visto che l'hotel è in zona pedonale senza passaggio di auto. Il mio voto è massimo e tornerò sicuramente perché è il più bel posto dove io sono stata. Grazie a tutta la famiglia Senn

Im Rahmen einer Alpenrundfahrt habe ich zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Auffällig ist die abwechslungsreiche Einrichtung in allen möglichen Stilrichtungen. Familiengeführtes Haus, dass , so mein Eindruck, viele Stammgäste hat, was für diese Unterkunft spricht. Zu der Zeit meines Aufenthaltes waren auch viele Familien mit Kindern da. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, alle Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Hübsche Zimmer, die allerdings auch den in diesem Hotel typischen Stilmix bei der Einrichtung haben. Sehr bequeme Betten, habe super geschlafen. Großes, modern eingerichtetes Badezimmer. Spa, mehrere Schwimmbädern und Saunen,davon eine mir toller Aussicht, dazu ein wunderschöner, großer Garten und ein kleiner Fitnessbereich haben mir sehr gut gefallen und meinen Aufenthalt verschönt. In dem imposanten Speisesaal, den ich in dieser Pracht in diesem Haus nicht erwartet habe, gab es an beiden Abenden sehr gute Menüs und morgens eine wirklich überwältigende Auswahl an ausgezeichneten Speisen. Sehr gute Lage im Ort und überhaupt in der Landschaft. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für tolle Wanderungen. An einem der Abende gab es in der Lobby Livemusik mit Gesang, dadurch schöne Stimmung.

Albergo eccellente, con un pizzico di storia, visto che Freud ci passava le vacanze e ha festeggiato il suo 25esimo di matrimonio ( ci sono le foto...bellissimo!) Ha due piscine, la piscinetta per i bimbi. C'è una SPA, una meravigliosa biblioteca dove rilassarsi. La pulizia è da 8 stelle, anche nelle camere con la moquette è tutto perfetto. Le camere sono molto belle, consiglio di richiedere le stanze con vista sulle montagne e parco. Con mio marito trascorro diverso tempo qualche giorno in questo splendido albergo e non siamo mai stai delusi. L'accoglienza dei signori Senn è veramente da famiglia. Hanno un meraviglioso cagnolone Max a cui quest'anno si è aggiunto un cucciolone di 5 mesi, Fritz. Il parco è bellissimo e tenuto perfettamente, ci sono comode sdraio per prendere il sole. La sala da pranzo è bellissima, da un momento all'altro ci si aspetta di vedere entrare Sissi. La cucina è varia, non aspettatevi semprela tradizione italiana perché alcune volte ricorda di più la cucina tedesca o austriaca. All'arrivo danno la Ritten card, con questa carta per tutto il soggiorno si può viaggiare gratuitamente sui mezzi pubblici, compreso la funivia e entrare gratuitamente in molti musei.

Ein Haus mit einer sehr feinen Ausstattung,umgeben von täglich frischen Blumenarrangements ,einer exellenten Speisenauswahl, sei es zum Frühstück oder Abendessen, sehr guter Zimmer-und Badausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das sehr engagierte, super zuvorkommende Servicepersonal ließ uns wirklich -Gast- sein. Der neu angelegte große Garten, teils mit altem Baumbestand, mit seinen vielen Sitz-und Liegemöglichkeiten ist eine wirkliche Ruheoase.Die Lage einfach traumhaft, Parkmöglichkeiten direkt zum Ein-und Auschecken vor der Tür, in 1 min. Entfernunung der Parkplatz....besser geht es nicht.

È il nostro terzo soggiorno in questo albergo in precedenza siamo stati ospiti a Maggio 2023 e Novembre 2023. Ottimo hotel per pulizia e qualità del ristorante. Ottima la posizione per passeggiate sul Renon. Buona spa . Molto bello il parco dell'albergo. Non è difficile da raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici dalla stazione di Bolzano con la linea 165 che ha una fermata a 100 m o tramite funivia e trenino che arriva a Collalbo e non è molto distante. Con la Ritten Card consegnata all'inizio del soggiorno si possono utilizzare gratuitamente autobus treni funivie del Renon oltre all'ingresso nei musei.

Unser einwöchiger Aufenthalt Ende April 2024 war ein voller Erfolg vom ersten Moment an, als wir von der Seniorchefin so herzlich empfangen wurden und unser Gepäck von einem Hausburschen stracks ins Zimmer befördert wurde. Das Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick in die Landschaft war geräumig, bestens ausgestattet und nachts ruhig. Frühstück und Abendessen exzellent, die Weinkarte klein und übersichtlich, mit hervorragenden Tropfen zu erschwinglichen Preisen. Das Personal liebenswürdig und zuvorkommend. Ein Ort der persönlichen Betreuung und täglichen Freude, die sogar zu Hause noch nachwirkt, wenn man feststellt, dass die Tischnachbarin recht hatte mit ihrer Bemerkung: "Obwohl das Essen reichlich ist, nimmt man nicht zu."
