Decided on a quick weekender with my partner and had a great stay! Staff are friendly in the hotel, Bernice was helpful, Sarah let me raid her cart for extra towels and coffee and Dean in the bar next door was fab. Everything was clean and as you would expect. Definitely have a repeat customer here guys.

Booked for 22nd feb, early check in at 11:00. Arrived to be told, ‘oh, I’ve been expecting you for 2 days’! Obviously didn’t know what date we had booked for?? Then was told ‘room might not be ready as you didn’t turn up yesterday’!!! I’m not in the habit of turning up the day day before for a booking, or is that my error? Didn’t feel very welcome, but was out in another room, that had only 1 bath towel, and 2 teabags, 2 sachets of coffee. This is a very poor Premier Inn, unlike any of the others we have stayed in.

We had a good one night stay at this Premier Inn whilst in Cornwall for an athletics event.. The food was excellent as was the service in the restaurant. Rooms are what you would expect - clean and perfectly adequate for a short stay. Would stay again without hesitation.

Stayed for 3 nights and stayed in a double room. Clean room, comfortable bed and lovely shower and even a bath! The staff were helpful and hand to help, the air con was broken for the hotel so was a little loud and annoying but the reception team turned it off for us so we could get a good night's sleep! Perfect location in the heart of Cornwall and perfect for a cheap holiday. Would come back again

Great Premier Inn. Everything as expected. Great staff, great room, very clean and lovely fluffy towels. We turned up late on the first night and no problem at all, prompt check in. Plenty of refills on tea and coffee. Easy to find, plenty of parking and very quiet. Didn't eat there at all but looks a good venue next door! Will definitely use this one again as we have family in Cornwall! Highly recommend!!

The P.I at Quintrell Downs is one of the best we’ve stayed at. Our room was clean and a good size. There’s lots of free car parking on site. We had breakfast and dinner all 5 days of our stay and the menu, food and restaurant staff were of a high quality. But what makes the hotel so perfect is all the hard-working staff. An extra special mentioned to Sarah who was amazing.

We visited this premier in between Christmas and new year and as always the staff excelled themselves. This must be the best premier inn anywhere in the UK. The staff are always smiling and happy, they cannot do enough to help and the times are always ready for early check in and spotlessly clean. We decided to do the meal deal that was being offered and this was great value for money! The breakfast is so good and there is so much variety even if you don’t fancy the good old fashioned fry up. There was a large group of us travelling and we were always accommodated in the restaurant and well looked after during meal times!! The staff in the restaurant are all really bubbly and smiling and they seem to get great pleasure from their jobs! We have a small hiccup regarding some meal deals being charged to us that we didn’t have (we eat out one evening) and this was soon rectified by the reception staff.

One of the best premier inns we have stayed in. Every member of staff we came across was warm, friendly and kind (they even left an amazing Christmas activity pack for each of our daughters in our room on arrival). It was clean & quiet & breakfast was amazing - all hot food cooked from scratch & served to your table. Again staff were very friendly & attentive. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. We will certainly be back!

I would have given top marks, but that will be explained later. As ever the room was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent with a restaurant and bar on site. Very good nights sleep and free parking. However, sadly, at breakfast, a member of staff sat me at a table and then proceeded to forget about me and I had to get someone else's attention. And the member of staff who sat me at my table, also decided that it was in everyone's interest to hear about her friends son's ADHD by talking so loudly, it sort of ruined my breakfast which I hurried and then left.
