Club Grand Side Amazon Water World - All Inclusive

The food is disgusting (some of them served from the day before). Scramble eggs look horrible (and taste exactly how they look like - almost untouchable by the guests). Pouched eggs - well, I wouldn't call it a pouched egg. Meat also looks suspicious. Dessert is served in DIRTY glasses! The only good thing is fresh juice (which you must pay extra). Is this a five stars hotel - I have a serious doubt, though? Ah, and people smoking everywhere - even next to the dinner tables and kids club.

We just got back from the holiday but actually it was a nightmare. Arrogant staff, most of them don’t even bother to try speak English. Most (if not all of them) facilities were closed (including spa and indoor pool). Water in “heated” swimming pool below 25C Not well maintained hotel, dirty and no lifeguard on duty. Both inside the hotel (swimming pools) and “private beach”. In regards of the beach, 15 mins by walk. Not kept clean. I understand mess been left by the tourists but you would expect from the five star hotel to keep the facilities clean. Definitely NOT worth the money, overrated and overpriced. And at last but not least, local travel agent (Corendon) very unhelpful. I wish I could book with TUI instead

This is a smoking hotel - guests are allowed to smoke everywhere including childs attractions (like kids swimming pool or playground). The worst is evening kids disco, where dozens of German guests are smoking between the kids! Never again

Family: I went with my two kids 10Y and 8Y old, and my friend her husband and two kids same age. I am used to Luxury Hotels, so my opinion: The hotel: Very beautiful scenery Room: The standard room is small fit the 3 beds but did not disturbed us as we were all day out came only to shower and sleep. Airco was working well, bathroom good. Pool: All pool premises were working and everything was cleaned and the Personal were really polite and helped at all time. Food restaurant: The main restaurant can offer everything and in very good quality. Its isn't Gourmet but its an all include so for that is really good. Entertainment: Very good well organised. Kids LOVED. I recommend and would return. Transfer: I would recommend a private transfer because the airport is far from hotels.

Let’s make a clear: this is NOT a ***** hotel. We booked this hotel specifically because on their web site their stated they have a heated pools, unfortunately the reality was different. Temperature of the pool was below 25C which make impossible to use the facilities. When I contacted the hotel and mentioned about this (including pictures), they removed the thermometer from the pool and lying to me stating the temperature is 28C (so unprofessional) Also, local tour operator (Corendon) said “nowhere on the website is mentioned that the pools are heated” which is lie (see their Web site) Maybe during the summer it would be nice *** hotel but do not visit this hotel September- May as you will be unable to use a facilities. Swimming in the pool in October with temperature below 25C is not the best experience From other side, to confirm others reviews- if you are not a German speaking person you will be feeling very unwelcome as staff don’t speak English at all and will treat you as a second class Very poor WiFi service too. Long walk to the beach (about 10/15 mins) Completely wasted time (money I will request a charge back from my bank) but do not make same mistake as I did and chose a different hotel Therefore I strongly DO NOT recommend this hotel

positive: - gorgeous environment, reminiscent of exotic landscapes - a large hotel complex where you don't notice a lot of tourists - Shopping area near the hotel - clean hotel and surroundings - clean and warm sea negative: - cold water in club aqua, including children's pools - the hotel complex is smoking, which was very difficult for us non-smokers - the bedrooms have separate beds - unsuitable times for breakfast, lunch and dinner if you are traveling with a small child (the snack bar and the main restaurant offer meals at the same time) - a hotel aimed at German tourists, the hotel staff behaves differently towards German tourists than towards others (more polite, more talkative, more helpful) We traveled with a small child. After settling in, we found out that we were assigned a room facing the street, where loud music permeated the room until the early hours of the morning. At our request, the room was changed the very next day, but the reluctance of the manager and staff was evident. Evidently because, unfortunately, we were not of German nationality and did not leave a tip at every single opportunity.
