Side Win Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at Win Hotel Side. Ana and the girls at reception were so friendly and helpful, really made us feel welcome. The lifeguards were great, really attentive to safety and our 7-year-old had an amazing time in the pool. The wait staff went above and beyond every day, so attentive and kind. The food was tasty, with lots of typical Turkish dishes. Overall, a great place for a family holiday!

We went to Side Win Hotel & Spa with family. We enjoyed everything in this hotel. Place is extremly welcome and fun for all type of age and nationalities. Staff work so hard. Every day amazing music by the pool, entertaitment with animations, sport, aqua gym. Aquapark and fun for kids all day long. At the evening spectacular shows. We just loved it. Food is so delicious, plenty of choice. Very nice hotels with housekeeping every day, we felt like on honeymoon. Beach is not far, but we had bus and there buffet with food and drinks, sun loungers. It was amazing stay, so beautiful place and truly recommend to go ❤️

The hotel is very good, could spend the whole day in the pool! The rooms are very good. The beds are comfortable. And the cleaning ladies keep the room very clean. It’s good breakfast with lots of things to choose. I definitely recommend this hotel

We spent an amazing time with friends. The breakfast was very good and there was a lot of choices. It was a good location and definitely worth your money. The rooms were very nice and the beds was very comfortable! The swimming pool area is very good and fun for kids.

I have had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff are very friendly, food and drink is excellent. I don't have to wait to be served. I cannot fault anything about this hotel. A nice clean room as well. I met Borak, a manager. He helped me so much in all ways. Getting internet, contacting my other hotel. Nothing was too much. I cannot thank him enough, and all other staff. I will definitely be coming back. I recommend this hotel 100%

1 star is way too much after our experience with this place. That is budget hotel, so dont expect mirracles. As been mentioned by many reviews before this place is neglected. The kids club does not exist, they have no funding so the room deisgnated for kids is shut, dark and full of rubish. Animation team does some dance at the evening. We had our holiday booked for 6 nights. Our true horror started after 4th night, at 12:05pm we had a call from reception. They said we supposed to do check out already. There is not many people that actually could speak and understand English, so it was challenging to sort this issue. We had plans for that afternoon, we have been told we can come back at the evening, that everything is fine. At the evening, we have been told that we either need to pay 120 euro for remaining nights or we need to move out. It was Sunday, 22 at Turkey, 8 pm in UK where we bought the package holiday. We have been told our reservation is fraud, as it has different hotel phone number. They did not challenge it on check-in as we had different number of nights confirmed on our paperwork. Our holiday supplier tried to sort this out, but because they could not communicate with hotel they were not able to. We were told that our holiday is fully paid, for 6 nights and we should not pay anything extra, as the hotel was demanding. There was one guy at reception, that tried to help us and agreed that we can stay until morning and give some time to clear this situation. We came back to room, and had phonecall from reception 10 mins later, from different person, again demanding we need to leave or he will get security to kick us out. There were changing their minds all the time depending who we spoke to. We were there as family of 4, 2 kids at age 4 and 5. We decided to leave, contacted our supplier again as emergency and they sort out for us different accommodation 2h later. During those 2h of waiting, they changed the mind about the money we should pay down to 60 euro, which we refused to pay as that was already paid. Just as we were waiting for the taxi to transfer to different hotel, we were told everything is fine and we can stay for free now, without extra pay. We didn't. Complete joke.
