The hotel is very good, clean and very good food. Excellent kids club, so big and the people that work there are very friendly and kind. I can recommend this hotel. We are happy with our stay

Fab hotel , lovely and clean , friendly helpful staff , plenty variety of food liked the fact you could eat in dining room , conservatory area or outside as I personally don’t like the dining room vibe . Large pool sunbeds didn’t feel crammed in and no problem getting one . Spacious room and the whole hotel is exceptionally clean . Can’t comment on kids club but certainly looked like there was plenty for them . Only gripe would be could be comfier sunbeds

We stayed at Arcanus Trendline Side Hotel, and unfortunately, the animation department, especially the animation manager, turned our vacation into a major disappointment. First of all, the animation manager is extremely disrespectful, not only toward guests but also toward other hotel staff. We personally witnessed him yelling and arguing loudly with the life guard, who was just trying to do his job. This happened right in front of guests, without any shame or professionalism. It was incredibly uncomfortable to watch and totally unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer hospitality. The daytime activities were a joke. Either they started late, were canceled without notice, or done with zero energy or interest. The animators themselves mostly sat around looking at their phones, completely disconnected from the guests. There was no enthusiasm, no engagement — just a group of people going through the motions without caring. But the biggest disappointment was the MiniDisco. We expected a fun, energetic time for the kids, but what we got was the exact opposite. Loud music was played through the speakers while the children were left to dance by themselves. There was no animator guiding them, no interaction, and absolutely no attention to the children. Our kids felt ignored and unwanted. The next day, they didn't even want to go back — and honestly, I couldn't blame them. This hotel clearly has a major problem with its animation department. The lack of leadership, the disrespectful attitude toward staff, the public arguments, and the complete neglect of children’s entertainment make it very hard to enjoy your stay. It’s truly sad because the rest of the hotel staff, such as housekeeping, restaurant, and bar workers, actually seemed dedicated and tried to do their best. If you’re planning a family vacation and expect some decent animation or kids’ entertainment, this is not the place. I do not recommend it — especially because of the toxic atmosphere created by the animation team and their manager.

Firstly the highs. The hotel itself is gorgeous & immaculate. A good sized main pool & a small waterpark with a good few slides. The beach really is gorgeous. Clear water, sandy all the way - no stones into the water & plenty of water sports. Always a sunbed & the beach snack bar has a good selection. There's plenty of food to choose from at meal times, no chips every night however there is boiled rice, plain spaghetti, burgers & chicken nuggets daily. The waiters particularly Ahmet are very attentive. The bar staff at the pool bar make the best cocktails. The cleaners are in daily to make the beds, tidy towels & replace the mini fridge with water & juice. Now the lows. The jet 2 rep was there on our 1st day & told us all about the excursions etc. We went at the designated time (10:30) on monday to book a few trips to be left sitting for over an hour for him to not turn up. We then got a text after contacting the whatsapp number to say he would be there at 1 - no good when we were heading to the beach & not wanting to sit in the lobby on the off chance he did appear. Wifi pretty poor - kept getting logged out. As someone from the UK we found there were maybe a handful of people from the UK at most which our daughter found very lonely with no one around age 10. This is where the animation team could of helped by involving those kids around the pool too old for the kids club from all nationalities & not just a select few. They could have highlighted the fact there was a games room with table tennis etc open to all kids & not teens as advertised. The animation team were pretty useless. When an activity was on they would say over the microphone we're waiting on kids for mini golf etc but not actually personally ask kids to get involved. At other hotels they do a walk around the pool, speak to everyone, ask how you were, what were your plans for the day & did you want to join in. During the evening entertainment the animation spoke to a select few people, then stood at the stage with miserable faces clapping their hands to the music, they then disappeared until the end of the act. When the act was over they did a conga through the audience asking people to join in -including our daughter, took her up to dance (after wed been there for a week) at the stage area then danced amongst themselves ignoring the few kids who were up dancing. The music was awful - really hardcore rave music, maybe if more cheesy holiday tunes were played more people would've joined in.

I would like to provide a very honest review based on our own experience. We came as a family of 6 for two weeks and returned home last week. Check in was quick and very good. Our two rooms were superior rooms and over looked the pool. Very modern and spacious. The bed was very hard and probably the most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept in and was like sleeping on the floor, but after a couple of days we asked for a mattress topper and this made a vast improvement. Our only problem with the room, there could have been a set of draws in the main bedroom as there was plenty of space, but the room lacked storage. Apart from that, the room was lovely. The pool area's (albeit very slippery) was very good. The large pool was a great size, depth and was always clean and a good temperature. The little pool with the slides was a great feature for this hotel and our children loved it. The food at the poolside snack bar was great for snacks and the poolside bar and drinks were fab. Now for the not so good. The food in the buffet was so repetitive. At first we thought it was ok, but after a few days it was all the same, they just switched it around, but most of it was tasteless. We got so bored of eating in there, we just started to eat outside the hotel. We went to the al a carte Italian once and wasn't impressed. I have eaten in a lot of Italian restaurants and ha ha that certainly wasn't al a Carte and food wasn't great!! I think the most let down for this hotel is the Entertainment staff. Everyday we used to look forward to 10am when the song came on and the team walked around the pool area as this gave us a good giggle. Normally, the staff all laugh, joke, wave and engage with the guests in whichever hotel I've been to. Alot of this team, just walked round as quickly as they could, some didnt even wave or smile at the guests, it was like it was a real chore for them. Some were even on their mobile phones walking around 🥹. During the day one girl, she did it a few times, came and sat on our sunbed and just sat on her mobile phone. It was like she had said "I'm going to chat with guests" but wanted to have a scive and disappear for half an hour, she didn't even talk to us, so rude and unprofessional!! At night, the entertainment wasn't great. Some of the dance acts, were descent to be fair, but how many dance acts does one want to see! The childrens disco didn't start until 8.45, then 9.30 the show came on for 3/4 hr. By 10.15 it had all finished. The only people left and dancing were the entertainment team who huddled together on the dance floor. Yes they did get the odd person up to dance, but no wonder the place emptied by 10.30 because the little man in the dj box, thought everyone wanted to listen to boom boom music which was diabolical every night! You would have thought that they would realise that the place emptied because the music he played was not what the majority of people wanted to listen to. The pool bar on the evening was not g
