Lovely hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Free bus to beach every 30mins. All inclusive alcohol nice. Lots of shops a couple minutes away very cheap clothing bags ect. Free wifi. Euro currency is best. Airport transfer approximately 50 minutes to hotel. Fridge in room stocked with juice, Cola, Water.

My stay at Linda Sunny Beach Hotel was exceptional in every way. The location of the hotel was perfect - close to major attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and comfortable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm, inviting and elegant and made me feel at home. In general, the quality of service and facilities met my expectations. The staff provided exceptional service, always attentive, friendly and ready to help with a smile. Cleanliness throughout the hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, was meticulous and maintained to the highest standard. Finally, the facilities from the pool to the spa and dining areas were first-class and contributed greatly to my perfect vacation. I definitely plan to come again.

I will try to describe this hotel in as much detail as possible. Forget what it was like in 2024. This year there's a new owner, and the hotel is considered completely different. We’ve been staying here since May 2nd—it's our 9th day already. From the very first moment we entered the hotel, we were warmly welcomed, and they immediately explained the hotel concept to us. We arrived late, and they directed us to the night supper. But guys, it wasn’t just soups—there was meat, potatoes, salads, and much more for a proper dinner. **Food** The food is varied. There is chicken, turkey, beef, and fish. Once a week they have a grill night (delicious shawarma, wok dishes, steaks). The meat is cooked juicy, not dry. There’s always a wide selection of hot dishes: cutlets, steaks, meat sauté, meat rolls, fish rolls, fried fish. Also spaghetti, fries, home-style potatoes, rice, pasta. Salads and appetizers. Probably the only salad I didn’t like was the one that resembled our pickled cucumber salad. For breakfast, they serve omelets, menemen, sunny-side-up eggs, boiled eggs, pancakes. The chefs are doing a great job—thank you so much for your hard work! Nice ice cream! Strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, pistachio, caramel. At the bars, there are several types of cocktails, wine, beer, rakı, as well as Coke, Sprite, and Fanta. The bartenders are very friendly and sociable. Huge thanks to my favorite bartenders Hasan Ali and Semiye. Hasan Ali makes excellent cocktails and never lets you go unnoticed. Semiye is also my favorite—she knows exactly what girls like. I also want to point out that the waiters are doing a great job. They clean up quickly, offer drinks, chat, and help if needed. Every waiter served us during our stay, and we are thankful to each of them. Special thanks to Murat, the manager who talked to us every day and oversaw the entire service team. The hotel has a guest relations officer, Kani, who also speaks Russian. She is very kind and pleasant to talk to. Since it was the beginning of the season during our stay, there weren’t many activities yet, but every third day there were evening shows. A group from Africa performed—great singing and dancing. We enjoyed it. The hotel has a kids’ mini club. Özge is a charming animator who connected easily with our children and invited them every evening to dance. Animator Gercan is incredibly kind and cheerful. If I could gift him a stage, I would—his voice is amazing. **Room Cleaning** The rooms are cleaned every day and thoroughly. Thank you! The rooms themselves are nice, with pleasant bed linen and comfortable mattresses. **Water Slides & Pools** The water slides operate every day, and lifeguards are on duty for safety. The pools are not heated. There are five in total. **Beach** A shuttle takes you to the beach, but you can also walk. At the beach, they serve gözleme, pizza, fries, and kebabs. There’s also a bar—and it’s all free. The sea entrance is nice, no rocks. There’s a bus nearby fo

Shame could be a nice hotel wasn’t to bad last year, lack of food no entertainment no snacks as advertised. Cleaner comes in changes towels but never cleaned the room or floors empties bins same sheet on bed for the whole ten nights. Only allowed ice cream between 2.30 and 4 and that’s if they don’t run out. Best food food had to go to the beach bar at lunch time and that was the Turkish pancakes food not to bad down there. Food in restaurant was most nights salad as fish and chicken was mostly unedible and that’s when there was any left. Avoid if English as do not cater for us. Drinks were rubbish all served out of little bottles didn’t even attempt them.

Do not trust their propaganda photos! Photos are old, reality is much more worst, furniture is different - worst quality. Never ever again! If you have lucky and get room at the first building - you can expect normal room service as well as room as is (I asked family which have room in building one). If not, and your room is located at the building two - no room service, garbage and dust at elevator hall, room cleaned only partly, old damaged furniture. So stays in building two = completely different service! Check-in: First of all, we got room without bed for my child. After discussing with receptionist, we got another room. No one cared I ordered higher quality room. This room was prepared without any reasonable cleaning. On the floor was sand from previous visitors, the sheets weren't ironed (crumpled). Don't assume hotel's free shampoo. One pillow totally missing. Door from bathroom are partly damaged and their bottom part was rotted from water. Shower area looks like very old, unfortunately we were "lucky", because another family with 3rd floor, the water in their shower didn't flow away and no service guy repaired it! Cleaning service: Cleaning service at this hotel absolutely doesn't work. Only one who works very well Is a Guy around the pool. Room service never spotted at all. Nobody cleaned our room during our stay! Nobody refill toilet paper at all (I was for it twice during stay and families from rooms around us as well.) After one whole day, they finally cleaned elevator hall (there was a dust, garbage, trash, pieces from the wall...) And when I asked cleaning lady and showed her, She only arrogant smile and didn't care. 4 times I asked reception for another extra sheet during first day. Air condition at the room was full of dust and asked for now filter. Furniture of the room and hotel as well are very, very old. Dinners (food): Dinners are from 19:00 to 21:00, but if you don't have lucky and hotel Is full, at 20:00 there are almost all plates empty - reason? Simple, staff doesn't refill them later. So our first dinner was something you don't want remember (we arrived nearly after 19h, but more then hour we solved wrong room, missing bed etc.) Overall - food (breakfast/lunch/dinner) was good but without description. So you have to guess what you are taking. Allergic people - for them, totally hell. Wanna mixed your tea or coffee with spoon? No way in this "5*" hotel - wood pieces ONLY! Stars: This hotel does not deserve any star. Lot of staff are kindness and friendly, but almost no one can speak English. Beach Is almost 1 km far, not 550 m. Shuttle bus going each 30 min and Its for 16 people. Also, shuttle doesn't go during 12-14h. Official photos in their website are not real at all. They are very old. All parts of this hotel require reconstruction. Beach Bar: Around this bar are regularly 5 stars hotels and sun bath area. When you see them and compare IT with Sunsets's, you will rather reject the stay (but most of the time
