Zone by the Park Coimbatore

I visited here with my family, the rooms in this hotel has a very nice view of the Avinashi road and give a nice city vibe. It was an extremely comfortable stay and the hotel has very hospitable staff. Miss Nikki Kumari from the reception team was very helpful throughout the checkin and checkout process.

Had a wonderful experience in the zone hotel.everything was pretty good .Hospitality and service is good .wonderful reception from the team(Nikki,Aditi&Abhi) and had the paper work smoothly and very responsive and loves to come again.

I booked this hotel last minute because I had an early morning flight from Coimbatore, but it wasn’t a great experience. I woke up at 5 AM, ready to freshen up, only to find there was no hot water. I had to skip my bath because of it, and since I was running late for the airport, I didn’t have time to raise a complaint. Check-out was another issue. I had informed the night manager about my early flight and asked for my bill to be ready, but when I went to check out, he was all over the place, struggling to find my bill and taking ages to swipe my card. He even asked if I needed a food bill, and I said yes, but he couldn’t get it printed. It was honestly frustrating, and Park Hotel really needs to train their front desk staff better. In the end, I had to leave without the food bill I’d paid for. If you have an early flight, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel—there’s just too much hassle and not enough time to deal with it. As for the food, it was okay, nothing special, but the drinks were definitely not up to par.
