It is a wonderful stay with clean rooms. Service is good, hotel staff is polite and friendly. It is near airport, just 15 mins.

When I arrived for check-in I was told that my booking was cancelled. The reason given was that they couldn't debit my credit card for advance payment ONE DAY BEFORE. I arrived at about 11.45 pm due to my flight schedule. Obviously any credit card payment above AUD100 requires customer confirmation. I had not cancelled the booking and expected to pay upon check-in. They refused to accommodate me and I was left to find alternative accommodation at midnight. Terrible.

Located close to the airport this is quite a nice hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the food in the restaurant is quite good. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

The Location is good, Food so so BUT the cleanliness specially the bed sheet is NO GOOD. For me Bedsheet not clean as i felt itchy the next day i woke up. REALLY NEED TO IMPROVE ON CLEANLINESS AND FOOD.

Throughly enjoyed our stay albeit short at this Hotel. Special call out to Yogesh at the breakfast counter who was an excellent host as well as the Lady at the reception who welcomed us at the check-in!!

The brand itself says great . I liked the location. Very clean hotel . Buffet dinner and breakfast was great with lot of choices.
