Bad hospitality and management. Help desk people are very rude and don't know how to talk to customers. Demanding extra for each and every thing even if you are delayed by 5 mins during checkout. Rooms are just decent.

Good hotel for stay. Hotel is neat and clean room with toiletries. Complimentary breakfast is good. I would recommend staying at this hotel

It is in good location. Staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is very tasty. But the rooms are very small that couldn't accommodate triple occupancy. They didn't provide us extra mattress also. Rates are little high.

The front desk staff was somewhat rude when i reported and behaved very indifferently. There was no hot water in the morning, when i complained there was no proper response and the room boys had no clue what was happening. It was a very bad stay for me.

The room was clean and neat. The reception people and the people who served the morning breakfast are very kind, polite and helpful. Overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Hotel is good in clean. Breakfast is very good and the food also nice. Locater in prime place in sarvampatti.
