The canal leads to Banana River and the ocean through Cape Canaveral inlet. 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen. The house has basic cooking gear, plates, cups, etc. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry pods, dish soap, and pods are also provided. Coffee machine, air fryer, multifunction cooker, toaster, oven TVs and Office area The living room features a smart TV, a writing desk. No TVs in the bedrooms. BBQ There is a charcoal grill in the backyard, near the deck OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Swim in the sparkling pool. The pool is fiberglass. Appx 7 x 10’ The pool table is available at no charge. Bicycles, kayaks are available at no charge ONLY WITH the waiver signed. Please message the host to agree on the waiver. You’ll love the water views from the living room or backyard deck and dock.
