Very unprofessional staff, and you can’t imagine how lazy the staffs, I drove a long way about 1,000 km and arrived the hotel at 1:00am midnight, snowing, windy night, surprising is the reception closed, they stick the notice on the reception door, showing 2 phone number and mentioned about that if you need any service please call the phone number, but I tried to call both of the phone number almost an hour non-stop to call, NO ONE ANSWER the call. I saw the box outside the reception door “key box” oh my god! I found a key! But that is reception key, okay fine! Try to open the door, finally I entered to the reception and ring the reception bell long times ago, finally the staff woke up and then check in finally. This is very horrible services and very very lazy and unprofessional. Interesting is when I entered my room, saw the notice again!!! Oops! Learned a new things, after used a tissue, you better to put into you pocket and safe it. Totally horrible experienced, not recommended anyone book this hotel if you still have choice. Good luck for everyone

Good motel, but there was no hot water in the morning for a shower, I could barely get it up to warm. Other than that, service was friendly, parking was easy, room was clean, and bed was okay. Bonus, free small complimentary breakfast in the morning (toast, muffins, granola bars).

Staff was friendly and the room was spotless. I took disinfectant wipes to wipe the surfaces we would touch and the wipes stayed white!!

Great overall stay. Easy off the highway, food and gas right next door, and amazing room. Only complaint was a little bit of a lack lustre breakfast, but I have definitely had worse. Overall great stay, would recommend it to anyone

It was noisy from the cars and trucks going by on the road. The beds weren't the most comfortable either. Overall it was an okay stay.

Clean room decent bed. Not a bad place to spend the night after sledding. Only thing is walls are a little thin. Highway noise

Hotel charged us more than the rate quoted online. Room wasn’t the cleanest - red food stains on the bedsheets and blood stains on the ceiling. No, I’m not joking.

Very noisy with trucks all night long, wasn’t the breakfast we were hoping for.

Motel was convenient for parking snowmobile at my front door. I was not happy with the free breakfast it was a little table with cereal, bread for toast, cup of yogurt, and plastic wrapped muffin. Jug of orange juice also on table. Other motels offer eggs, sausage and waffles. I think the sidewalks in front of the motel doors should have been shovelled and free of ice and snow. On the surface the room looked clean but soon discovered toe nails in the clothes drawers debris under the beds, microwave semi clean Etc etc. For the price of $115 a night it was ok but last time I stayed a few years ago conditions were better.
