Outrageous check in and despicable hotel You expect better in this area however this is no better than a standard travel lodge on north London. Really was a dreadful experience and the check in was a nightmare Absolutely outrageous and Horrid experience

The shower head in room 41 needs to be fixed. Thought about reporting it but the sink has a massive crack in it so figured that they’re not too bothered about repairs. This would be a nice hotel if brought up to date.

As usual a comfortable stay but the only downside of this inn is because the Chef and Brewer isn’t part on Premier Inn the breakfast times finish at 8.30am on a week day. Which meant earlier starts in morning than we really needed or wanted

The young lady on reception was polite, warm and friendly. There is plenty of parking and it is in a nice rural situation. My room was quiet and clean. A good stay thanks. It is a bit out of the way for amentities but there is a pub next door. Point for development: as a single woman I don't like to be given a hotel room on the ground floor for privacy and security issues.

We found the premier inn at cobham to be clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and willing to help. It was quiet and we slept very well when we was there. We stayed because we was at a wedding in Chertsey and when looking for hotels near the venue found online that this seemed to be the best that suited us for price and facilities. We couldn’t fault it at all

The room wasn't cleaned, dirty cups, a chocolate (or what I hope was chocolate) stain/mark on one of the duvets that thankfully we didn't have to use. 2 large bugs under the duvet of the main double bed, the standard tea/coffee amenities were only half filled with 1 tea bag, no coffee and no White sugar. The breakfast the following day was good quality food, the room itself would've be fine if it was cleaned and as it should be!

Initially given a double room when a twin was booked, but friendly receptionist changed us quickly. Charged for 4 breakfasts when only requested 2, was told this would be refunded by two different members of staff, but 5 days later no refunds or written confirmation of refund and unable to find a way to contact Premier Inn to confirm. Was attending a wedding and at 171 basic rate for the room would have expected an iron, but only a small issue. Appreciate price fluctuates based on demand of course. Bed very comfortable and room was very quiet.

The greeter at breakfast in the morning was rudest man I’ve ever met even though we were told breakfast would be the last at 9:45. He insisted it would be a 9:30 even though we were told Reception the night before the latest was 9:45 he insisted that it was 9:30 and we should’ve been there on time, I think he needs a bit more customer Service training.
