The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful

Near M25 motor way exit. Must need a car to get to places or public transits.Parking fee is high provided cars are required for access.

A hotel that it’s not fit for family and specially babies. I wouldn’t recommend it. You can’t use the microwave for hitting up baby food. They don’t give you bed clothes for the baby cot (just a cot!). Also, they don’t allow you to get your own food to the hotel restaurant area… Very disappointed, I was expecting much more from Hilton. Every time that we were asking for something, there were too many “buts”:

看起來很有歷史的酒店，距離高速很近，開車5分左右就可以到達小區中心地點，那裡有超市和飯店，葯房，百貨商店，服務人員熱情，周邊環境優美，昨天早上在窗外還看到了一衹可愛的野兔子，生態環境非常好

ok hotel - hilton doet beter vermoeden - de fotos zijn erg misleidend - lijkt een country hotel maar dat is het zeker niet - meer een travel lodge - kamers ok - alles erg eenvoudig - wel schoon, het hotel en de kamers ruiken muf - alsof alles vochtig is - airco helpt daar niet tegen. douche is ok - niet erg krachtig - locatie was voor ons ok - we moesten in london en midhurst zijn (allebei 50minuten) ligt vlak naast de A3 - maar niet te veel geluid overlast.gangen etc beetje morsig - vlekken in het tapijt en op de vloer - hier mag gepoetst worden! ontbijt is Engels en ok - niet veel variatie maar wel vers. laadpalen voor elektrische auto's doen het net als vrijwel overal elders in London niet Een van de dames aan de receptie mag wel eens naar de tandarts - niet echt smakelijk om als klant naar te kijken.

Receptionist just bad. Didn’t inform about registration of car by parking. Next I had two reservations. 1 x 2 days and 1 x 1 day. And I clearly made her aware of this. When I came back the last day my key didn’t work and I had to go in the reception and they changed my room and packed all my personal belongings together and add it to the new room. Excused by their sent me an email, which got return with an error. Who the fxxk read an email during a busy day and they had my phone number which they even didn’t call to talk to me. Very bad service as they could have informed me about the change already this morning since it wasn’t any news to them that I had to change my room!

Great location for visiting family, nice and clean everywhere and newly refurbished, SO quiet, room was comfortable and a good size. Downsides… we were shocked to find out we had to pay £8 extra to park over night - I think if your leaving your car and going on holiday via Heathrow then I understand a extra charge but I haven’t ever had to pay to park at a hotel I was already paying £200 per night for.m (with no real pre-warning). The chap that checked us in was also quite obnoxious, maybe he shouldn’t be working at the front desk greeting people with a general unapproachable manor. Awful shower/bath pressure.

Booked this overnight stay for my wife and son. She hasn’t stopped talking about how lovely the hotel was and the amazing customer service.
