Extended Stay America Select Suites - Atlanta - Marietta - Wildwood

We arrived at 4:00pm dropped our things and left to go shopping. When we returned we noticed no sheets for the pull-out couch. We then unfolded the couch in both rooms… ugh! 1 had blood stains on the mattress cover and the other was an old brown stained twin mattress on a queen pull-out. I went to try and find a manager. None on sight but a very sweet lady wondering the halls with a clipboard helped us. She went and took the soiled linens and got another mattress to replace the soiled twin one. We then noticed that the microwave was rusted and also did not work and there was no toilet paper. We discovered the toilet paper at 4 o’clock in the morning! When I went to the acting manager the next morning and said there was no toilet paper her response was, “you right, you right, my bad“. I will be calling corporate on Monday morning first thing! 

The room hadn't been cleaned when we got to the location that evening. The person at the front desk wasn't very helpful. We had booked a double room, there weren't any more available, so we were charged for an extra room instead of comp'd the extra room. Poor cleanliness and poor customer solution skills.

No towels in the room bathroom not cleaned properly and tub faucet leaks. Rude guest playing loud music at 4am

No dishes, silverware or glassware. Removed stair access to floors during my stay without notice. No hairdryer or hair prid7cts. Won't accept ESA.

Stress into Impressed A very interesting start to our family vacation. Called the hotel around 6 Thursday to let them know we would be checking in late and girl that picked up just said okay, No asking name or anything to verify reservation. The lady at the from said that they didnt have any rooms left, only room available to accommodate us was the handicap room and only difference was that it had a walk-in shower. We agreed as long as that was the only difference we would take it, especially after a 6 hour drive. Once we got items from a store we came back to unload our items and family. You could tell room was not used in a while, couch undone and dirty, floors not swept, debre on bed, and mold in the bathroom on the seat of the shower and along the bottom fram of it. Found some crawlies in the bathroom but was told they just sprayed so to expect them, per Vivian at night. I was taken aback in disbelief. Tried to call the front, phone in room broken. Vivian said wait til morning to speak to the Manager. Talked with Brandon all moring, she was so nice and underanding, even walked the room with me. Gave me 800 number to speak to higher ups and they were a waste of time, spoke to 4 people even a supervisor and no help at all. I cant remember the manager on duty around 1030-11 but she is delightful and amazing, both really took the time to listen and got us into much better rooms!! Their amazing hospitality does go unoticed by this chain, these two need support to turn this place around, than you!

Avoid this place Horrible service and place. place was locked up in the room there to check in or answer your phone. Waited 30 minutes was disgusting and broken and boards over the doors inside.
