The front desk agent wasn't friendly at all. I didn't feel comfortable nor safe. But overall the manager was so sweet. Thanks to him he help get my money back

Who designed this place?! They claim to have free WiFi, but none of the 4 routers reached our room except for enough time to see it, but couldn’t connect to it. Then disappeared right away. The room was clean, but the beds were so far apart that the side chair was shoved into the corner and was basically a waste of space. The center nightstand was so small there was at least 8” away from either bed. Non-Smoking facility but it smells like cigarettes outside the elevator every time we went up from the first floor like it’s trapped in the carpet. The parking lot was half full, but put all these noisy kids and dogs around my room. Couldn’t space us out? It had 3 floors. I thought breakfast was weak, but my husband was happy to see biscuits and gravy. The toiletries were nice. Cute little Dove Brand products, and conditioner! No one ever gives conditioner. Only nice part of the stay. Had cable but most of the channels were selling stuff and unwatchable. Stay somewhere else.

It smelled like smoke at every level and even like ****. Traveling with a child, this is not a good thing to expose them to. Breakfast was bad as it did not look like it was welled prepared.

Breakfast was old and everything didnt taste right. Only cereal and waffle was your safe bet.

Not great. The day I checked in there were a few small roaches in my restroom. The toilet is lopsided and leans towards the sink, which was very uncomfortable. The humidity fan in tge restroom didn't work, so any time I took a shower the whole room got humid. I didnt see anymore roaches until Thursday. There was a big one in the restroom so I bought new toiletries and put them all in ziplocks. My fear is that they get in my luggage and take them into my home. Lastly the remotes to both tvs acted like the battery was dying but I swapped them and it was the same. I'm not typically a person to complain but I stay here often and this was a bad one for me. Room 207 was infested with ROACHES!!! The breakfast was almost nonexistant. No cereal. No yogurt. No bread. No waffle mix. I will be doing a review on Google with phits. We left amd didnt even stay in the room..It was a total waste of money. When we went to leave there was nobody near the desk to check out with. We walked out!! Will never go back!!!
