Ok so this was my first time wanting to stay at a hilton for a good experience In everything turns out I was completely upset the first hour after check in. The room I booked had damage on the bath tub, the interior mirror inside the bathroom, a light switch that didn’t turn on anything in the coffee location, damage on the inside of the closet drawers however, the first thing I did was check the tv to see if it was in working condition because I had read multiple reviews of them trying to charge individuals for non functional televisions and, I also checked for the towels, I noticed I had two bath towels in the room but I checked in with three people so I called the front desk and asked for a extra towel I was told to go get it from house keeping not to mention, I know nothing about the area or this hotel so I had to hunt the house keeper down after they moved me rooms to accommodate the damage in the first place.
This hotel is to expensive for this kind of experience it is a complete upset to deal with stuff like this traveling with family to different states I will never stay at the Hilton again this was my first and last time.
I will be holiday inn, laquinta inn, or Hampton inn bound for the rest of my life Hilton is a absolute mess and if corporate management is smart they would set a training program up and teach these employees what customer service really is!
