The Ashford Inn

Well aware and accepting of their NO REFUND policy for holiday bookings, we made plans to celebrate New Year's Eve in Clinton, NC with some out-of-town friends and made reservations at the Ashford Inn. Due to an unfortunate turn of events, we had to cancel our New Year's Eve plans, including our stay at the Inn. Hoping for, but not expecting, a refund, we regrettably canceled our reservation. We know they were not obligated to do this, since the policy is clearly stated on the booking portal. To our pleasant surprise, Ashford Inn graciously refunded our deposit in full, no questions asked. We just wanted to express our appreciation and gratitude to the Ashford Inn owners for their generosity. A heartfelt Thank You, from our family to yours. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!

I have been a guest at the Ashford Inn on a few occasions while traveling for business. The hospitality at this establishment is absolutely impeccable! The innkeeper, who is also the owner, is professional, friendly and goes above and beyond to make your stay worthwhile, and the rooms are beautifully decorated and nicely kept for each guest. If you choose to stay here, it is definitely worth it!
