Holiday Inn CLEVELAND CLINIC by IHG

very nice

This is very conveniently located near Case Western Reserve University which was the reason for our trip. The staff was helpful. The property was clean and well maintained. The only downfall was the parking. The choices are parking on the street which is incredibly limited, finding a parking garage which is several blocks away or valet. The valet is $26 a day. I truly feel if you cannot offer the parking on site then there should be no charge for valet. When you built the hotel you knew your limitations.

The rooms and the hotel were very clean. The only issue I had was the water pressure or stream at the sink was super low or little.
