Everything was great! They even let us check in quite early. Very friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful hotel.

The thing that upset me was I paid for a corner room over looking public square and it was noted city and stadium view and I was put in a corner room overlooking construction! I feel that I should be reimbursed something because I was not given what I reserved

No hot water in room,no local channels came in on tv,door was hard to open ,charged us double for our drinks,wasnt informed about stadium food only kn sundays,

Valet parking was awesome, front desk was very helpful and answered all our questions. Even after checkout they held our bags and allowed us to keep our car parked until the Football game we attnded to was over.

The downtown location is in the heart of everything, while being very convenient and walking distance to many sights, restaurants, sporting venues. etc. The amenities of this hotel are many, while the staff is exceptional!

hotel was good-had trouble checking in-room was not ready-finally got a room key at 5:00 pm after having a fit at the front desk- they did compensate me for my aggravation and the rest of the weekend was good

Waited over 2 1/2 hours to get car out of valet parking. Horrible experience will never stay at property again.

The check in staff was not very friendly, the parking attendants were very friendly. The room clean, bed comfortable, pillows not. Restroom inside doorframe was rotted, very visible, not pretty. Surprising for a pricy hotel. Area has lots of great restaurant options. Walkable to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Guardian BB stadium. Great location.
