I enjoyed my stay here, but you should ask for how much the TAX is that adds every month to the rent. i was planning on only 480 euros per month but end up paying 513 euros, as a student it adds up. Adding to this the charges you pay when you come like cleaning services and other ones add it was 600 euros to put up front. Just be careful and ask how much you're really going to pay.

The room appeared clean, however there was a smell of damp in the bathroom which spread into the other rooms. The furniture was quite tatty and really didn't fit the apartment. It just looked quite unloved and like it needed a redecoration. I also found it very difficult to wash dishes as the water wasn't hot enough and in the end had to put them through the dishwasher in order to get them clean. This isn't ideal. The sound proofing also isn't great and I could hear people in the corridor and in the adjacent room, this would be a problem if noise was made at night, which fortunately wasn't the case here. What was great is it is close to the main coach station and within easy walking distance of Jaude. I would use this again as an overnight stay on a long journey, however not otherwise sadly. It was however very reasonably priced.

The property is run down and looks like a hostel. Amenities are old and uncomfortable. Even though it is non smoking, it smelled like cigarette smoke. The unit didn’t have air conditioning and opening the window is not an option: other tenants are either smoking on the sidewalk or you have to deal with traffic noise coming from the very busy boulevard. All in all this isn’t worth the nightly rate.

The room was very small, no side table by the bed or lamp. The kitchen was very basic so if you don’t need to cook then not a problem. The staff were very nice, location good. It’s a good place for the price for few days but we stayed a week so decided to stay somewhere a little bit more comfortable. But it’s as I said it was cheap and clean, the only thing was the carpet in the room who could do with an update.

Mobilier, déco, sanitaires, tout est vieux c'est pas du tout moderne, pas engageant ça fait pas envie. Petit dej très cher pour ce que c'est. Seul point positif la literie était confortable. On ne se sent pas bien accueilli non plus.

Le studio présentait un niveau d'entretien plutôt médiocre, présentant même des traces de sang sur les murs, ce qui suggère qu'une rénovation est nécessaire. De plus, le miroir était endommagé. J'ai fait une demande pour changer de chambre, mais ma demande a été rejetée. Cependant, un avantage notable est que la résidence est idéalement située à proximité de la gare routière, ce qui est pratique si vous arrivez tard le soir.

Moquette tachée à plusieurs endroits dans les chambres au point qu’on hésite à y marcher pieds nus. ( j’y suis allée plusieurs fois ) Verres mal lavés dans la kitchenette. Le système de la douche était défectueux la dernière fois, j’ai dû utiliser une serviette pour réussir à le positionner en mode douche et après ça fuyait. Cet endroit se dégrade et je n’y reviendrai plus. Seul le petit déjeuner et la qualité de la literie sauvent la mise.

Hôtel bien positionné proche du centre ville à 5 min à pieds. Très propre, très simple, on ne demandait rien de plus. Petit déjeuner correct avec choix varié de victuailles. Petit déjeuner qui devait être pris avant 10h, c'est peut être un peu tôt pour les vacanciers !
