The hospitality has been outstanding to checking inn and then to an excellent service in the bar / restaurant next door for dinner. The waitress Megan has been fantastic explaining the menu choices and making customers feel very welcoming an asset to the company. Was a lovely stay highly recommended. Thanks again!!!

2nd time Ive stayed here and the staff are really helpful & shout out to “Sharon” who is friendly and offers any assistance you may require & of course runs through the parking, make sure you register your car. Breakfast good and lady there helpful too. Thanks again and I will be back.

I had arrived to this hotel a bit weary as I had been travelling solo for 5 days and absolutely shattered. I was pleased to arrive somewhere with easy, free parking. Reception welcome was warm and very friendly. Room was really spacious and heating made it nice and toasty. Lovely deep, hot bath went down a treat and nice to have a decent restaurant next door which was just as welcoming. Really pleased I stayed here for the last night of my Easter holiday.

Had a minor issue once I had booked in . However, Sharon, on reception, dealt with it in a very quick and professional way with a smile at all times . Thankyou for your understanding and courtesy . Will certainly continue to use Premier inn for all my future business trips

Great place—friendly people, top service, and food that didn’t disappoint. The service is fantastic. It’s the kind where you never have to ask for anything twice, and everything is handled with warmth and professionalism. You leave feeling full and happy. Can’t recommend enough.

Very handily situated close to major road network in the Bradford area. Great facilities opposite the hotel include petrol station, carvery, Starbucks and Greggs. Used the meal deal which is good value and of good standard and, I must mention the two lovely ladies Leslie & Debbie for their professional service and the quality of the dishes we had. I would recommend a stay here!

Great staff and very professional and polite. Breakfast was excellent and evening meal was excellent. The Breakfast team were very helpful and friendly. The front desk staff were friendly and polite when I was checking in. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and professional.

A clean & comfortable hotel, with lovely food & attentive, friendly staff - especially Lesley & Sadia (reception) and Debbie (restaurant), these ladies went above & beyond for my Mum & I, we would definitely stay there again. As always great service from Premier Inn - thank you! 🙂
