Located in the heart of Clarksville, you're minutes away from some of the best restaurants and shops in town. Our 3-bedrooms, 2-bathroom home is 2000 sq ft and has four queen beds, two sofa sleepers, a full kitchen, remodeled game room, in-unit laundry, and spacious backyard for entertaining. After a busy day in downtown, come back and enjoy our unique game room equipped with pool table and games! If you prefer to be outside, rent our grill and/or enjoy the fire pit under the warm glow of our market lights with family and friends! DISCLAIMER: This is one of two private units at the property. We have a separate rental with a separate entrance located upstairs. The yard is shared by all guests.
