Muy caro para lo poco que ofrece, te atienden mal y luego ponen muchas reglas ( por ejemplo para usar la alberca) el agua de la alberca esta sucia al igual que el jacuzzi. No lo recomiendo

Stayed here for three nights. Have not been in such a bad place as this one. Check in was great; facility looked amazing when coming in, but when we got to are room it was a nightmare. The room was not clean. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling and it also looked cracked. Coffee maker was very dirty. During check in they mentioned to us they had a shuttle, that it could take us anywhere. We asked three times throughout are whole stay if they could take us places. Never happened. It was always “busy”. We ended up calling a taxi every single time. Not to mention there dryer did not work, only the washer (what good does that do!) Hot tub was out of service, telephone in room did not work. Missing light bulbs in the room! Also, be advised that the keys would not work! We would have to go to front desk every time for them to activate it. Change needs to happen. I hope someone takes the time to do so. Never will I stay here again. Or recommend this property to anyone!

Liked: Safe area for family. Shopping area walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful. They have transport to take you to appointments. Gym area clean.
Disliked: Hot Tub by pool area out of services, Washer and drying machine keep on turning off every 7 minutes, 1st room toilet leaked water all over the floor and bottom of sink leaked water as well, chair on room was falling apart. Breakfast a bit to pricey. Business area missing a printer.

I stayed here for 2 nights, the location is very walkable to many restaurants, clubc, malls, it was my firat time visiting Juarez. The hotel was solid, great room service, the staff im general were accomodating.

Roomm was dirty to much hairs, killed a spider, outside roach and to many mosquitos. Loud A/C didnt sleep well

The phone in the room didn’t work, so couldn’t call room service, the water pressure in the shower was poor.
The food was good, nice swimming pool area

Horrible, traumatizing. Had 6 people outside our room at 3 in the morning. They were given a key to our room, they opened our door. The receptionist on Night Shift didn’t even apologize for what they had done. Questioned me in the middle of the night after a massive scare the name of person who checked me in and my name as if he couldn’t find that information on the computer. Made me question if this was a set up and trust ability of the staff and hotel.
