Excellent place to stay at for US consulate Immigration. Very Secure, Walking distance to Consulate, Biometrics, Medical, and Mall for food.

Fantastic place to stay for consulate business. Friendly, clean, staff is helpful and kind, and the location is super convenient. Definitely go for the breakfast option! It really is a fantastic deal. Only issue we had during our stay is the way ridiculous time wait for food from the restaurant. Wait time from an hour up to hour and a half for simple food choices.

We stayed over a week in a room with a kitchenette. We think we got very good value. Beware that many rooms do not have exterior windows. We would have been unhappy in one of those. Breakfast was good, both hot and cold foods, and a nice daily benefit. Hotel price v value is very good. We had no car, and CDJ is not a walkable city, but this was about as good a location as one could get for walkability in this part of town. We felt we were on the "right" side of the busy highway for meeting daily life needs. A major shopping center is across the street via pedestrian bridge. A nice full service grocery store is about 1/2 mile away. We walked to it. Having the mini market right next to the hotel is a blessing. A number of eating establishments are close by. Our kitchen could have been better stocked. There was just a frying pan-not a pot or sauce pan, for instance, and very limited utensils. And, not even salt and pepper. We made a trip to Walmart to better fit out the kitchen for our stay. The room was very comfortable and the place is quiet. The hotel laundramat was very easy to use and good. Staff is good and pleasant to deal with. It's a newish and very clean place.

This hotel is great. Staff is extremely nice. I stayed at a near by hotel and was very unsatisfied so I switched over to Mesa Luna short and long stay. Laundry, Bistro, and Gym on site and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. It’s more expensive than surrounding hotels but it’s worth the money.

Great service. They even provided a wheelchair for my pregnant wife at no additional cost.

If you doing a immigration services this is the perfect place is next to the American consulate and is very clean and safe

Excellent staff! Very friendly and helpful. Most convenient location in town for embassy appointments. Only issue was a foul odor in our bathroom drain. Staff did offer a change in rooms. Overall, great stay.
