Nice hotel, located in a quiet and charming area, surrounded by nature and sparkles with trulli. The hotel itself it a recent building although the furniture might look a bit outdated. The staff is very friendly and ready to satisfy your needs, especially kudos to the receptionist! (Young funny guy with a beard) Tips: 1. The weekends, especially Sundays, can be quite busy (they hold marriages and so on on Sundays); 2. The rooms might differ greatly, and you can go from a large room, double bed, balcony with sea view… to a small single room, single bed, no balcony and wall view… (although these rooms could be quite cool in summer) 3. The restaurant also owns a restaurant (that can be used by outsiders) called La Taverna Lo Smeraldo, which is pretty good and characteristic…

Stayed 4 nights as part of a coach tour. Large hotel, slightly impersonal though the staff are very friendly and helpful. Good food - had to order the night before, tasty and plentiful. Breakfast buffet was excellent - they still had covid measures in place so you have to move along and request items. This causes what looks like a long queue, but it moves very quickly and you can return for more. Nice, comfortable and clean room and bathroom. Very quiet - only downside of that is it's in the middle of nowhere if you wanted to walk out anywhere.

We had a family room which was great but warm. Breakfast was good. The hotel was a bit hard to find but with nice surroundings. The hotel was good but the restaurant was with the worst service we have ever had! The waiter ignored us completely and the food and bill took forever (simple pizza), I would never recommend the restaurant to anyone since I have never experienced such bad service!

Personale cordiale e cibo buono. Unica pecca gli arredi, l'hotel andrebbe rinnovato e tessuti, divani ecc sono demodè. Le camere vanno insonorizzate , si sente tutto sia interno che esterno. Ottima la pizza della taverna.

A 3Km da Cisternino in posizione privilegiata con una vista che spazia fino al mare, garage gratuito, accoglienza cordiale, stanze pulite, comode e silenziose. Personale disponibile. Buona e completa la prima colazione. Il ristorante nella taverna serve anche ottime pizze.

Situato a tre km circa da Cisternino questo hotel ha una ricca storia alle spalle che vede coinvolte due famiglie del loco che con passione hanno realizzato questo gioiello. Entrando dalla porta entriamo in una hall dotata di poltrone e di un bar dove gustare un drink o caffè. Alla reception ti accolgono Gianni, Nicola, Tina, Vanessa con il sorriso e con gentilezza soddisfano i bisogni dei clienti o danno consigli. Ci sono due vetrine con oggetti di artigianato locale vini e taralli , ci sono due ascensori che portano ai piani. Le camere sono rinnovate ampie e dotate di ogni confort. Ci sono terrazze con paesaggi mozzafiato infatti dall'hotel si possono vedere la costa e la valle d'Itria. Ci sono due sale di ristorante e la tavernetta dove Franco con lo staff offre ai clienti piatti cucinati con passione . Ottima la pizza cotta nel forno a legna. All'esterno troviamo una piscina e un campo da tennis. Tra i servizi offerti dall'hotel c'è il servizio navetta per e dall'aeroporto. Il calore di una famiglia per vacanze indimenticabili.

Ik heb gekozen voor Puglia omdat de streek mij veel leek te bieden en dat was ook zo. Het hotel is rustig gelegen op een heuvel omringd door een natuurgebied. Helaas waren de muren tussen de kamers flinterdun zodat je elk geluid in de kamer naast je kon horen: praten, telefoongesprekken, snurken, verschuiven van stoelen etc... niet erg rustgevend. Ook de akoustiek in de eetruimten was zeer slecht en als er veel mensen zijn, kan men elkaar amper verstaan door het lawaai. Het zwembad was gesloten ondanks de mooie temperaturen rond de 25°C. Een kleine wandeling maken in de omliggende bossen zou ik niet aanraden want vanaf 5 uur s'morgens wordt je gewekt door de jagers die in deze periode zang en trekvogels neerknallen (dan slapen ze nog en is het gemakkelijker), zelfs op zondag. Deze jachten zijn verboden in Europa maar worden in Puglia nog massaal gedaan!!! Waarom dan nog 2 sterren: het personeel was erg vriendelijk en de kamers waren zeer proper.

È dal 2018 che soggiorno qui quando vengo in Puglia. È sempre un'emozione essere coccolati da Tina e dal suo staff. Situato in una posizione meravigliosa dove puoi godere un panorama incantevole sulla valle d'Itria questo hotel offre confort e qualità in un connubio unico. Stanze ampie pulite dotate di ogni confort. Il ristorante propone piatti tipico della tradizione pugliese oltre che menù vegetariani, colazioni abbondanti servite da personale professionale cortese e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Questo hotel è base ideale per visitare la valle d'Itria e per andare nel Salento. All'interno trovate dei mini negozietti con artigianato tipico oltre che vini e olio.
