Centrally located, stylish old building from early 1900s, big gym, BUT run down, small room with almost no window insulation, room is only made up on request, staff without focus on customer, distracted. All in all: would not recommend.

The service was excellent! Super clean and convenient. Had both dinner and breakfast and both were wonderful! A beautiful hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Second time visiting! Walking distance to lots of restaurants, and The banks!

Looks nice online. Parking situation was terrible, long walk to lobby from garage carrying bags. Nowhere to pull in front to unload. The hallway smelled like mold. Room looked ok at 1st glance. I dropped my stuff and left quickly for a concert. Upon return I noticed different types of human hair in various locations of the bathroom floor and dust in the corner of the floor. Obviously a broom & mop had not seen this floor in a long time. The bed was reasonably clean and comfortable. No food available onsite. Worse than the various types and colors of human hair on the floor was the shower. There was a 1,000 legger bug (how did he get to the 28th floor?) when I opened the curtain as well as a large black stain that covered almost the entire bottom of the tub which of course had more human hair. This tub/shower was in need of a deep clean as well as possible resurfacing if they can’t get the large stain to go away. I was only there 1 night and left for my 6 hour drive home without bathing (yuck), but I just could not bring myself to do more than brush my teeth and wash my face in that bathroom. Not to mention my thoughts about what the dark carpet may be hiding. I am all for old historic hotels that have their quirks due to age, but this was too much. The staff were very kind. I only saw one cleaning woman on my floor at checkout. My guess is they are understaffed and don’t have enough time to possibly deep clean all those rooms. If I was there more than one night I would have changed hotels, but was too tired when I got back to the hotel at 1230am. No food available onsite, thank god for uber eats! Wish I had spent an extra few dollars to stay somewhere else.

I didn’t like that there was no hot water and when you called the front desk, they told you have to run the water for 20 minutes to get hot water

The hotel is in dire need of renovation. Our bathtub had hair in it and to get the toilet to flush you had to pull the lever 2-3 times every time. Tv cut in and out and when we told the front desk of the issues they just said thank you for bringing this to our attention

The parking lot is disconnected, so there is a bit of travel from one building to another and a few elevator rides to get back to the hotel. The property is in what seems to be an abandoned mall. It gives creepy more than historic.

Beautiful building - surrounding development needs to be completed to improve experience. Walkable to downtown

They did not have a mini suite room that I originally reserved available. They then gave me a downgraded room a larger size, two queen bed room, and charged me the same price. I wasn’t happy with being charged the same price for a downgraded room.

Worst property I’ve ever stayed in my life. Everything is severely outdated. Furniture, carpet, wallpaper, and fixtures were all from the plate 60s to early 70s. The bed was rockhard and old and everything had stains on it. The drapes did not open. The toilet was from a public school. And the shower never worked.

It is a historic hotel in sowntown cincy. We got abeautful corner room with great views of cincy and over into ky.

It’s a great hotel with wonderful staff. I paid for one of the “cheaper” rooms so it wasn’t as grand but it did an excellent job. The only thing I noticed is the soap was already wet and the toilet seat was dirty. I already thought to bring sanitizing wipes so I quickly handled it . All in all I can’t complain.
