We are currently on a 5 week trip around Europe, and have been staying at accomodation that advertises similar processes and facilities throughout. This is by far the worst place we have stayed and the only time I have ever had to request a room change (or even report a problem) to reception. We arrived in the evening and found that our room (suite 24) was very hot. We couldn’t figure out how to use the thermostat on the wall so asked at reception for some help. After a while the lady from reception arrived and also couldn’t figure out how to turn down the temperature. We also asked for an additional pillow each as the one we had been provided was very flat. When the receptionist arrived she agreed it was hot, and that she couldn’t hear the air conditioning working. After some troubleshooting she was unable to fix the problem, and left to go and contact her manager, and never came back. I went down to reception a little later to follow up, but it was closed for the night and nobody would answer the phone. We had to sleep with the window and door open for the first night, because the temperature continued to rise. Unfortunately this meant our sleep was disturbed by the very loud planes flying to/from the nearby airport. My partner went to shower and found that within a few minutes water was overflowing from the shower tray, as the drain appeared to be blocked. We also had constant issues with WiFi connectivity. It took several minutes to load the results of a google search, and I was unable to purchase a train ticket online for over 30 minutes due to the poor internet speeds. Streaming was out of the question. To make things worse there was only 1 bar of cell phone signal in our room, so using mobile data was also proving difficult. We had to catch a train in to Rome early the next morning and nobody (other than than serving breakfast) was at reception when we left, so we messaged them and asked them to follow up and fix the problems we had discovered, or change us to a different room. A few hours later we got a reply informing us that the air conditioning for the building had been disabled as they had decided it was cold enough at night to turn on the radiators. This meant that no guests had the ability to control the temperature of their individual suites. We asked for our air conditioning to be turned on or to receive compensation for this advertised feature not being available, but this request was declined. Our request for the internet to be fixed was also unsuccessful, with the only advice being “It’s fine, just reconnect” which failed to help. I completed an internet speed test which only could capture a speed of 3mbpd. We regret booking this accomodation. On both nights we were very hot and uncomfortable. I haven’t even mentioned the fact that our bed creaked loudly with the slightest movement. I would not recommend La Villetta Suite to anyone.

Lovely little place to stay for a few days while away on buisness, very quiet, with a lovely little pool to cool off, Andre was more than helpful with everything I needed down to supplying me with a euro travel adapter that I forgot 🙄, to ordering taxis, very nice guys, This is not somewhere in would recommend with a young family, too quiet and not much around, perfect for a couple to chill Out and relax

Stayed 3 nights after visiting family in Southern Italy. We wanted to relax before travelling home. Lovely small establishment with a nice garden and pool. Very close to a railway station with trains to Rome. Restaurants and bars close by. Staff friendly and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable bed. Excellent coffee at breakfast. I would highly recommend.

Purtroppo mi trovo costretta a scrivere una recensione molto negativa per questo posto nonostante la gentilezza e l'educazione della signora Chiara (unica nota positiva). La struttura ha un enorme potenziale che però non è sfruttato. Io e il mio compagno siamo stati 3 notti in questa struttura e abbiamo cambiato camera praticamente 3 volte. La prima volta perché ci avevano dato una camera non corrispondente alle foto che avevo visto al momento della prenotazione. La seconda volta perché durante il soggiorno hanno pensato bene di fare dei lavori di restauro e praticamente ci tremava il pavimento a partite dalle 9.30 del mattino. Tutte e tre le stanze comunque avevano dei difetti gravi tra i quali: Acqua calda che ci metteva molto ad arrivare, in bagno nessun appoggio per beauty, lavandino e doccia che si tappavano solo facendo scorrere l'acqua, puzza di umido nelle stanze, infiltrazione d'acqua tra il muro della doccia e della stanza impedendomi di poggiare a terra valigie o altro vicino il mio letto, phono ridicolo, solo 3 grucce nell'armadio, balconcini sporchissimi( cenere e mozziconi di sigarette), niente zanzariere alle finestre quindi non potevamo tenere le finestre aperte perche entravano quantità di zanzare e altro, colazione servita con molta lentezza con prodotti di poca qualità (cornetto squallido). Penso di non essermi dimenticata nulla :)

Siamo arrivati a mezzanotte e il proprietario gentilissimo ci ha mandato tutti i dati per entrare in camera senza disturbare nessuno. Camera grande e molto accogliente, pulita , e personale cordiale. Colazione abbondante. Consiglio perché anche in luogo rilassante non in mezzo al traffico di Roma ma molto comodo con aeroporto di Ciampino.
