The hotel service is very good, the reception is warm and professional, thank you Chris for explaining Chuzhou city infos,i would like to share several appointments of my stay experience: 1.The front desk helped me upgrade the room to the 25th floor where I can have a full view of Langya mountain . 2.Cleanliness in my room are clean as I expected . 3.breakfast on the first floor offers coffee that makes me feel freashing all day and also have chuzhou local specialties.(forgot take pics) I will recommend to my colleagues to stay in chuzhou Ramada hotel due to the hospitality I’ve melt here!

It was the first time I took my child on a trip after the epidemic, and I passed through Chuzhou for the first time. Ramada was the right choice, and I was a little worried before I left. However, Chris Xu, the receptionist, contacted me one day in advance to arrange small slippers and a children's tent for my child. Told more than twelve o 'clock arrived, also promised to try to arrange to stay. On the day of arrival, the car stopped and the service staff helped the door to help with the luggage. At the door, a little sister in beautiful clothes kindly asked, and gave guidance to the front desk to check in. Very nice feeling. The room has been cleaned and everything requested has been added. I also asked if I would like help transporting the luggage to the room. The sister of the guest room and the sister of the western restaurant are very kind. Every employee they meet smiles and greets them. The questions they ask are quickly answered. Buffet breakfast, children pick up their own meal is very happy, the service staff warmly guide, midway play back to the hotel, I hold the child asleep, the door service staff take the initiative to help take things, according to the elevator back to the room. Langya Mountain scenery is also very good, just opposite, walking to the children every day in the window to look at the mountain scenery, very happy, said next time Thank you so much for staying here. 這是我住過最差的華美達酒店，4部電梯衹開2部，早餐時間等電梯最少15分鐘。早餐也很差，7點多去酸奶那些都沒了，牛奶是奶粉沖的，而且還非常淡。最不能接受的兩個大人帶一孩子，還要另外付早餐費，一般酒店就算需要付費，也是先簽單，退房時一起結賬，這裏不行非要餐廳現場付，不付不給吃，尷尬不。體驗感超級差！覺得真配不上華美達的品牌。

因為酒店裡琅琊山比較近，我們當天才定的 停車位挺多，隨便停 訂的是家庭房，第一個房間有異響，我們致電前台後，立即更換了房間，房間挺乾淨的，這個效率還是挺滿意的 家庭房裡其實就是牆壁貼了貼紙，加一個帳篷＋抱枕。 另加一個木馬。小朋友的玩具沒有，沒勁呀 酒店的健身房也用不了，晚餐衹接受團餐。我們晚上就去附近的99商場吃飯 早飯的內容偏向滁州本地特色，菜餚和粗糧比較多，點心蛋糕沒有 第二天退房，前台也沒提醒停車費抵扣的方法，他們應該還有很多提醒沒有告訴（比如wifi的連接提示），讓我們來也匆匆去也匆匆

酒店雖説有些老，但卻非常整潔舒適，遇到的每位員工服務態度也很親切，有賓至如歸的感覺。同時，餐廳的桌上的綠植是用回收的酸奶盒做的，這個小細節彰顯了酒店的小智慧和環保。唯一美中不足的是淋浴間內三個小瓶子分別是：黃色洗髮水、白色洗髮水、護髮素，卻沒有沐浴露

房間寬敞明亮，地理位置不錯，吃飯購物挺方便，特別是前台服務很好，特熱情。

非常滿意，這個價格能夠訂到五星級，景色如畫一般。

設施：整體還不錯，有浴缸，有淋浴。 環境：攜程上給的評價分不高，當時很是猶豫，是否預訂。由於假期各個酒店爆滿，最終選定抱着試一試。比預想的要好很多，停車方便，周邊出行等都很便捷，畢竟準五星，硬件還是不錯的。五一假期，雖然滿房，整體衞生等沒有湊合。唯一不足：洗澡時候，由於滿房，集中用水人比較多，造成洗澡時候忽冷忽熱，衹不過現在氣温不是特別冷，可以接受。 服務：住在這裏地理位置不錯，早餐品種豐富，服務態度很好。
