The Great Western Resort

Recently stayed at The great Western Resort, Salasar for one night. The property is well maintained and is located a few kilometres from Salasar temple away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are huge and reasonably clean, although I did find a few stands of hair on my bedsheet. The washrooms are also decent but the hand shower of my WC was leaking. The food was good. The options in the breakfast were limited but they were delicious. Although not unheard of, but they charged for milk for my infant. Could have been handled better imo. I'll probably stay here again on my next visit to Salasar. Pro Tip: Try and opt on round on higher floors. I found the lower room floors are a privacy nightmare as right next to the windows is an open are where staff hangs out all the time. I had to keep the curtains drawn all the time. It was disconcerting seeing them everytime you pulled the curtains open. This is the main reason I give them 3 stars instead of the 4 I would have given then otherwise.

Location perfect ample parking space. Good arrangement for drivers. An ideal place to stay in salasar

The stay was comfortable, the place was good and close to mandir great place to stay with family if one wants to stay closer to mandir food options and taste could be improved a bit

Property location is very good. Rooms needs maintance as many things are rusted. Staff is very cordial. Food is very good.
