We chose Julia's for an overnight stay on our solar eclipse trip. Our hostess, Amber, was attentive and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean. It is amazing how they updated an 1800s home with such amenities as an in-room jacuzzi, shower and tub, fireplace, and television while retaining the charm of the stately home. We especially enjoyed the breakfast Amber treated us to. We come from a rural area where it is very dark at night. The only suggestion we would offer is that the inn possibly invests in room-darkening shades. If we are ever in the area again, we will be sure to arrange for another stay at Julia's Bed & Breakfast.
