Vị trí tốt, quang cảnh tuyệt đẹp! Đây là nơi tuyệt vời để ở cùng trẻ em, chúng tôi đã dành nhiều thời gian ở hồ bơi. Bữa sáng cũng rất ngon, và bạn có thể ngồi ngoài trời, ăn uống và ngắm cảnh n*** cạnh hồ. Phòng của chúng tôi rất sạch sẽ và giường rất thoải mái, chúng tôi đã yêu cầu một chiếc cũi trẻ em và họ đã cung cấp rất nhanh. Lần tới chúng tôi chắc chắn sẽ chọn Greentown một lần nữa!

Tôi đã đặt phòng ở Tòa nhà -5. Họ chuyển tôi đến Tòa nhà-1. Tòa nhà này thậm chí không có nhà hàng. Không có dịch vụ phòng. Thẻ phòng không hoạt động khi chúng tôi đi ăn sáng. Hầu hết mọi người tôi gặp ở quầy lễ tân đều không tỏ ra hữu ích. Cảnh quan từ khách sạn rất đẹp và phòng rất sạch sẽ.

Thời gian trôi nhanh. Lần này chúng tôi ở tại Tòa nhà 3 với tầm nhìn toàn cảnh hồ. Chúng tôi vẫn rất ấn tượng với dịch vụ và chúng tôi đã có trải nghiệm tuyệt vời với dịch vụ khách hàng. Xin gửi lời cảm ơn đặc biệt đến nhân viên khách sạn Zhen Xing Hua, Xiao Yang và các nhân viên đã dọn phòng của chúng tôi ở tầng 15. Họ rất nhiệt tình và hữu ích. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè ở Singapore. 😃.. cuối cùng nhưng không kém phần quan trọng, bọn trẻ cũng nhận được quà tặng chia tay Peppa 🎁

We enjoyed our 3 nights at this hotel because Our room is large and clean, with a big balcony, especially the water views were beautiful! The personals of front desk were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good with a lot of choices - foods. Above all we loved the service of transportation by a classical car - driving us from the hotel to near the main street - there are many restaurants. Thanks for the welcome gift and room upgrade - we had a very pleasant time at GR Resort Hotel.

Still the best resort for relaxing

One of the best stays in 千岛湖 been coming for 3 weekends consistently 👍👍 I do really recommend this stay 方洁琴 was a nice helper too !

The resort is in a very nice location, right by the lakes. We booked a lake view French window for three nights, but we were upgraded to a lake view balcony room. The room was clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee with excellent view from our balcony. The included breakfast was very nice. With lots of choices. We booked a lake cruise tour with the hotel which is a great choice because the hotel has a private dock for the boat to pick us up. We would choose this resort again. 

This hotel is okay. We had a beautiful lake view. Food is good. Location is great. Recommended

We booked a 110m2 Family Friendly Suite with garden view. There is a separate bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with a single bed and kitchenette. The floor is wooden and the tones of the furniture is warm. The breakfast has good fresh coffee and a small western choice. Very good value for price. Would choose this hotel again

I loved the lake view from my room, and highly recommend higher floors. The bathtub with the open view was also amazing,the beds were soft and sleek. However,I would not rate this hotel as 5 stars; the decor is quite old with its dark colours, a bit worn out wallpapers and quite old carpets in the corridor. It was very noisy with lots of families and their kids. Buliding 1 has two lifts only and you end up waiting and being squashed in a lift all the time. Coming down to breakfast restaurant was about strange as the lift takes you to the basement parking so one needs to go past the cars unless you want to walk outside the building.The breakfast was buzzing with too many people impatient to que politely. Most importantly, I really feel the front desk service needs a lot of improvement; I understand that nobody speaks English, we can use translators,but noone welcomed me properly and wished me a nice stay: my Alipay and passport only mattered. I was lucky with Xio Qian ( front desk boy) who offered to help and share the information about amenities and trips around the lake. I am very grateful to him. The gym in building 5 was a disappointment; One swimming pool is to be shared between 4 other buildings. Because it rained, the water was quite cold in the pool. Overall,this hotel would suit families and kids mainly,but i would not recommend it to single expats and certainly would not rate it as a 5 star hotel.

This was an amazing experience. We booked there for our anniversary and it was beautiful. The food was amazing, location was perfect. Will definitely go again! We went stayed an extra night as we didn’t want to leave! It was an amazing view and lovely clean room! The food was amazing for breakfast too. Deffo recommend!
