The rooms were absolutely disgusting!! there was food on the floors, trash behind the beds, and vacuums have not been across the carpet in months. absolutely disgusting! service was horrible absolutely do not recommend this establishment

convenient location for me, BUT the TV didn't work and no help with trying to get it to operate. Also, the end door was not operable with the room key.

Booked my husbands stay for work. It looked better on the outside then inside. His first room was awful it wreaked of cigarettesand was very dirty. He requested to be moved to another room but it was no better.

Cigarette burns on the blanket in a non smoking room. Wet ceiling tiles in the hall from some kind of leak. Hallway smelled like ****. Some kind of splattered stains on the shower.

The property was filthy. The hallways smelled of cigarettes and urine. It doesn’t look like the carpets have been vacuumed in months. We had to clean our rooms ourselves after finding new stains on the bed (mind you, the same stain was seen from the top layer of the bedding down to the mattress protector.) The surfaces were gross, and the tub was not cleaned from the people who were in the room before us. The pool is out of service. Our first morning, we went to breakfast at 0800. There were cold biscuits, gravy, and waffle mix. Someone else was making waffles. After they made their waffles, the attendant took the rest of the mix and put it up an hour before breakfast was suppose to close.
Outside, there are not enough parking spaces. One of the nights, we had to park at the hotel next door. If it wasn’t for the fact that all other hotels in the area are booked up, we would have checked back out the first night.

TV didn't work, phone didnt work, toilet partially worked, broken electrical outlet covers, no truck parking (as advertised). Dated decor, but clean.

The room worked for the night, but I wouldn’t stay there again. The room felt humid and clammy, though I had the window unit A/C running. There were gnats everywhere. Pool looked like it’s not been in use in quite some time. There was also what appeared to be a belly button piercing sitting in the shower…

The staff was friendly and helpfull. The only issue was they had me listed as a no show. This resulted in a billing issue. When i talked to the manager me said he would resolve it.
