Disturbed night’s sleep due to noise from room above which sounded like heavy footsteps so the walls must be very thin. Very poor meal in Restaurant and three main meals and one starter were not available on an already limited menu. I doubt we will be returning.

Poor check in took over 20 minutes. Receptionist confused about how many rooms we booked due to other guests with the same surname despite repeated attemts to explain. Room too hot and difficult to adjust the temperature. Very little sleep due to noise with window open.

Had a fantastic weekend at Chorley Premier inn. Staff really caring and attentive from entering to leaving nothing was any trouble. We had breakfast on Saturday and it was amazing - best premier breakfast we have had - hats off to the guy cooking it really made our day.

Very disturbed sleep due to guests in the next room talking all night. They played loud music at 2 am until I asked reception to ask them to stop. They continued talking all night long without a break. I don't know if the walls are particularly thin but one of us did not get any sleep at all. Not good when you have a long drive the next day!

Great location, clean room, breakfast room in main hotel (didn't have but nice room). Found it quiet & peaceful in my room although the hotel was busy as it was the weekend. I very much enjoyed the Malthouse restaurant located next door, all though a little expensive for a pub. Would like to say thank you to Karen on Reception for her kind assistance with my initial room booking. But I found all the staff both in the hotel and restaurant very helpful and friendly. I will look forward to certainly returning again.

Thank you to the best Premier Inn staff I have ever encountered. You are all absolutely fantastic, and went above and beyond to support me during my stay. I booked a short stay at Chorley due to family sickness in January, and eventually needed to extend my time there several times. The reception staff were absolutely fantastic at helping me with this. Nothing was too much trouble for them - and they were always, always so kind and friendly. The cleaning staff were absolutely amazing at cheering me up, providing helpful suggestions for services and generally being all-round fabulous people. And absolutely every other member of staff I encountered was lovely too. At a very, very difficult time Premier Inn became my sanctuary - and the staff were my saviours. Thank you to you all, especially: Denise, Tina. Kirsty, Helen, Karen, Marty, Becky, Peter, Janine, Lauren. Julie and Ilona. Your kindness will never be forgotten.

The hotel is of the usual standard of premier Inn the staff were very pleasant and friendly. However do not stay in room 103 . It is above reception and is extremely noisy as there are 2 doors for other customers to use an through the night when the hotel is busy it was a nightmare to sleep . Reception did understand but unfortunately there wasn't anything they could do . They recommended we complain. Unfortunately they didn't uphold our complaint. A very unpleasant stay due to lack of sleep.

Really enjoyed my visit to this hotel this weekend with my church friends all of the staff where so welcoming when we got off from our minibuses on friday night the quality of the rooms and the breakfast where really good would stay there again
