We loved this hotel. I’m a really pleased with the room which was well designed spacious with all the little touches that you’d expect from a high-end hotel. The swimming facilities were good and we enjoyed the makeshift beach bar on the top of the hotel - though a little bit scary as I’m not brilliant with heights.

I recently stayed at The Westin Chongqing, booked through Trip.com, and I had an exceptional experience. The hotel exceeded all my expectations in every way. The room was immaculate, modern, and offered breathtaking views of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. The amenities, including the gym and pool, were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring Chongqing, with easy access to major attractions and restaurants. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The Westin Chongqing truly knows how to make their guests feel special, and booking through Trip.com was seamless and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chongqing! Feel free to modify it to better suit your experience!

Maintenance is really important… Good services. Please make sure that smoking is prohibited in the sky lobby, it’s annoying to see people smoking like in a cigar room.

Good location with many malls nearby. One of the best Westin I've stayed. Room comes with a nice cityview as well. Nice ammenities and toiletries.

My stay at the Westin Chongqing has been very nice, we have been upgraded to a room with river view, and the room was very spatious and beautiful. The service was very good, and luggage has been brought to the room. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the view you have from the lobby, bar, and breakfast buffet, which was very impressive.

I have never met this kind of service before in China. They are very professional, and highly educated to provide valuable services. I fully enjoyed my stay.

I booked the Club floor. Since it was a brief stay, I had a packed schedule. I was happy to be able to find enough food to eat (not just meager finger food that you usually get at North America or European Club cafes) for a quick supper in the club cafe before I went on to see the show. They had all kinds of soups, stir fried food with proteins, salad bar and beautiful and declivous deserts. Speaking of the show, the concierge was very helpful in helping me securing a ticket to see a musical called "Love never dies" by Andrew Lloyd Webber, a Phantom of the Opera renewal that were not yet performed on Broadway in the U.S. yet. The phantom Luke McCall was wonderful, ending my brief stay in Chongqing on a high note.
