Chạy vội vào cái mới mở, kết quả... Bồn tắm mục nát, tôi thực sự cười lớn. Đây là lần đầu tiên tôi thấy bồn tắm bị hỏng, tôi đã sửa nó và tiếp tục sử dụng nó với giá hơn 800 nhân dân tệ. Trông anh ấy không có vẻ mới ở đây. Nó bẩn quá! ! Có những người bạn định ghé qua ở lại… nhưng may mắn là họ không đến. Dịch vụ ổn Bẩn. Bẩn khắp nơi. Nó nói là mới mở. Tiện nghi trong phòng cực kỳ thấp và vòi sen cũng cực kỳ khó sử dụng.

Tòa nhà Chaotianmen có đầy đủ các khách sạn như thế này, giống như một tòa nhà B&B lớn. Phải đến ngày hôm sau tôi mới phát hiện ra rằng khách sạn thực sự tôi đang ở là khách sạn Reggie Deep Sky. Tiện nghi trong phòng đơn giản và việc dọn dẹp, chăm sóc ở mức trung bình. Nhiều điểm mù vệ sinh

Các phòng được đặt cho chuyến đi của gia đình đáng lẽ phải ở cùng một tầng, nhưng khi chúng tôi đến, chúng tôi được thông báo rằng họ không ở cùng một tầng. Tôi nghĩ cùng một tầng sẽ ổn nhưng hai phòng cách xa nhau, được thôi. Anh cả sống trong một căn phòng, phòng rộng và bố trí ở mức trung bình. Sau 20 phút, phòng kia đã được dọn dẹp để chúng tôi đi qua. TV đầu tiên không có TV. để xem TV. Hình chiếu bị cong. Không có đồ dùng dành cho cha mẹ và con cái được cung cấp. Điều quan trọng nhất là phần cứng trong phòng rất kém. Tủ lạnh bị thiếu một chân. Người ta có thể bị ngạt thở nếu đóng cửa phòng tắm (phạm vi rất nhỏ). Sự khác biệt rất lớn! Lười chụp ảnh quá! Cuối cùng chúng tôi rời đi, và trên đường đi chúng tôi nhớ ra mình đã để quên hai chiếc ô trong khách sạn. Khách sạn không hề gọi điện nhắc nhở cho đến khi tôi rời Trùng Khánh.

This is the best hotel I ever had in my life. The staffs are very helpful and the rooms are awesome and huge. Would def stay here again.

I stayed for 7 nights and extended another 4 nights. A total of 11 nights. Positives: 1) I'm able to contact service staff via Wechat, which is awesome for introverts. 2) Laundry service is free. You'll have to pack and hand over the clothes (except for socks and undergarments) to them for washing during their stated hours. 3) Robot will deliver your food deliveries and requested items (ice etc.), which is cool. 4) Service is superb, and they assisted in receiving my taobao parcels and kept it safe in their storage area. 5) When I requested a stay extension, a slight discount was kindly granted. Negatives: 1) One of the nights, I was told that there was no more ice. Usually, hotels provide a bucket or a glass of ice. There were 2-3 nights we requested for ice, and it were given in a small paper cup. 2) Faulty curtain blinds in our room. Our curtains blinds automatically went up during random hours, usually in the morning or afternoon, which affected my sleep. I'm a light sleeper, so I couldn't sleep back afterwards. However, i did not notify the staffs until my last night as it didn't bother me that much. Initially I thought it will go up after 24h. 3) Our hotel voucher came with high tea set. However, I waited half an hour for the staff to serve us due to peak hours. And waited for another 20min for the pastries and tea to be served. And that was during my birthday. Honestly, you can pass on it, it wasn't impressive and it wasn't worth the wait. Neutrals: 1) My birthday was during the trip but there were no special arrangement done. Usually in other countries, the hotel will write us a birthday card and give a small cake. 2) I read many reviews of free room upgrade, but there weren't one given to us despite long stays. 3) As its not self service Laundry, you won't be able to wash your undergarments and socks. Please bring more if you do not want to hand-wash it yourself. There are not self service Laundry service nearby. 4) they do not provide any more panda plushies during checkout :(

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The woman at the front desk was outstanding — she gave me a list of delicious local restaurants, helped with absolutely everything I needed, and even changed my room to one with a much better view after I asked. The view from the room was beautiful, and the location is perfect — just one minute from the metro station. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.
