Hotel is conveniently located in the fort complex itself. But hotel rooms are very mediocre. Food quality is good but quite costly. Breakfast was complimentary but they have not provided an omelet and charged ₹160 extra.

Fort haveli property have just five rooms, maintenance is not up to the desired level. On other hand service is very prompt and efficient, food is also good and they also help for local touring of fort. So it is mixed bag.

Excellent service, good rooms, view is good. Food is average. Manager is very good and polite. Rooms do not have any view, but comfortable

Location was good, food was extra charged room was smaller in size with no windows. Water was charged tea was charged inspite of free breakfast

Niether they cancel-led my booking nor did provide room for my parents my parents cant climb stairs talking rudely with everybody neither mm t representative talked wisely nor the property was picking mm t calls wasted my 7000 already filing conusmer court case for both platform and the hotel

The hotel was in a good location, and the staff was very helpful. The rooftop restaurant provided less variety but good taste. The overall experience was excellent.

The room is not worthy of price. Bathroom is stinky. The car parking is in front of this hotel in public parking, inside the chittorgadh fort. All cash they accept. For gpay they will make weird faces. Only food is good. There is no room no. There is no ventilation in any of the room. They say the room is with fort view but being all rooms on 1st floor, no fort view. The deluxe room is not clean and having fungus and cockroaches. So we upgraded to super delux room with cash only. That room’s bathroom was stinky. No hot water. No intercom inside any room. Only 5 rooms inside this haveli. No mirror in the room. Mirror is only in bathroom. Some lights inside room were not working. This is not a proper hotel. Also the national handloom shop below this hotel is also people.

Rooms are nice. Fresh and hot food service is very good. Nice and tasty veg food dishes. Staff is polite and very good, mannerful.

The room was tidy and clean, you had to ask for a extra towel though. The food was nice and the service was good and quick. However i would love to get eggs on the breakfast. So that is an idea for the place to fix in the future. Another improvement could be to fix the wifi for the room, it didn't reach our room at all and the 4g was bad. We also booked a room with a view but got the backside into a backstreet alley. So be clear when you arrive with the room you was expecting.
