Costa Point Chios

When we were planning a holiday with friends, we found Costa Point by chance on the internet. We realized that the comments were positive. We were really pleased. The young ladies at the reception were very sweet. While we were in Chios, we wanted to join the Tavern and it was important for us that it was both economical and beautiful. The sweet receptionist helped us a lot with this. We got full marks from us for the hotel's location, staff and cleanliness. Thank you for everything.

Everything was just fine. Ladies on reception could not have been more helpful. Great view over the harbour Only caution, if you are in the plus three score years and ten category, the stairs up to the rooms are a bit steep.

It was a very bad experience because of the very small size of the room for three people. There wasn’t a real closet, just 5 hungers in an open space. No other place to put our clothes… actually there was a small cabinet blocked with another furniture. We had to carry our luggages on a long stairway without any help. Although the two ladies at the reception were polite the owner was very rude refusing to help us with luggage or any other request. Definitely not valued for money .

It is a very nice hotel. The staff was very attentive. If I go again, I will stay at this hotel. The room view is very nice. We also liked their smiling faces.

Stay away I booked for 2 nights to stay in a room titled standard suite. After checking in to the hotel and settling in our room, the receptionist said that she had met with the manager and that she had to take us to another room the next day. As an explanation, she said that these rooms are usually given to groups of 3 people, that it is company policy, and that the new room they will give is exactly the same. In the middle of our holiday, we once again collected our luggage for an hour and the next morning we went to the room 111 on the top floor. The room has nothing to do with the room I booked, or the images on the site are wrong, I am attaching the photos of the room here. It was a ridiculous room without ventilation, looking at the motors and pipes of the air conditioners, which looks like a storage room. We could not open the window and we were sick because the air conditioner was opposite the bed. In addition, due to the wind, there was an incredible noise coming from the window of the room, we definitely could not sleep. When we told the reception, she said that there is a room in the basement, but it is the same! General cleaning was bad, there is no plus except the location of the hotel. Stay away from here if you don't want your holiday to be ruined.
