Tout était parfait ♥️ Endroit vraiment magnifique, de belles promenade à faire soit à pied ou soit à vélo Seul bémol notre chambre a pas été nettoyée pdt notre séjour et le restaurant était privatisé dommage que nous n avons pas été prévenu Heureuse qu Il y ai suffisamment de borne de rechargement

We stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate our 2 year anniversary. The hotel feels very new and chique. The room was very tidy with very friendly and subtle cleaning staff. The most important upside here was the included breakfast buffet and the optional restaurant 'La Brasserie des Lacs' for dinner. Important to note though that the restaurant is popular and you often need to book well in advance to have a table.

Good Points The room itself was fine. Clean, nice shower. Good parking. Close to lake. And if there in summer, great for families on the lake for swimming, kite surfing. Some staff was kind and accommodated English. The Bad We booked this for 2 nights (30th & 31st Dec 2024). Online they advertised a NY package deal, 477EUR each night (948 for nights, (for 2 persons) which included: 1) hotel room; 2) a gourmet 5 course meal including soda/wine; 3) entertainment/a band; 4) brunch the next day; 5) a bottle of champagne in room. We didn’t get what was offered, AND, the hotel conveniently took the description of the package off the website just before you could cancel (a week before); and when we arrived, not only could they not give us any written confirmation of what the package included, when we asked 5 different staff members, they all had different responses what the package included. , and we basically got no help from staff or management after asking repeatedly what we could do if they could not honor what they sold us. Then, when we discussed it with the hotel, they conveniently told us that the package for NYE was more expensive than what was originally advertised when we purchased the package, and that we got it wrong. However, all evidence we had to prove that we did not get the package we paid for was removed from their website. And, even though 2 invoices they gave us demonstrated that they didn't deliver what they charged, they kept insisting that we got it wrong. Hence, we felt very deceived and overpaid a good 200 euros. CONCLUSION: The hotel/grounds/villas are nice. HOWVER, avoid booking offers for dinner/all inclusion packages at all costs.

Good location, nice experience, friendly staff! We will for sure recommend the location and surroundings to other people, hotel accommodation was great, the weather was not the best one but as it was a short stay for sure we will come back for a longer one in order to benefit from the full facilities!

The place is missing good service and they wanted 50 euros because I left at 12 not 11. I asked for a wine opener which I had to go and pick up my self and I had to return it I could just leave it in the room. Very cooled service

Rather expensive hotel but if you take a room with a terrace and a view on the lake you have an unparalled experience. Thanks to the view over the lake you don t need the TV, only a drink and you can relax. The room is of an excellent quality, very clean and everything you need. The staff is very professional ti help you.

Stop over as a treat disappointed with breakfast with lots of flies on the food. The bed was hard which we found uncomfortable. The room was clean but clearly showing its age. Good location next to the lake

Beautiful setting. Quite a big hotel but surprisingly quiet. Bed is a bit hard and pillows were too soft for me but otherwise the room was what you would expect from a 4 star. Breakfast was also very nice.

Efficient and friendly check in. Room had everything to make this a pleasant and very comfortable stay. As the hotel is on the lake and therefore easily accessible to all guests, I wouldn't say a lake view room is essential especially as it looked like some of these rooms also look onto the construction going on at the moment. Our room looked onto the inner garden which was nice and very quiet. The lake is lovely for walking, sitting or swimming from the beach area. There is only one restaurant here with a limited menu, especially during the week, which we found surprising and disappointing for this hotel.
