Days Inn by Wyndham Chillicothe

This hotel needs to be shut down. It is unsafe and unclean. Water damage, mold smell, one towel when I paid for three people to stay (desk person said they were all in the laundry and she would bring me towels, but she never did), no soap, unsafe electrical outlets, dangerously low lighting in the hall and stairwells, bathtub fixtures coming out of the wall, no exterior building lock (exterior door looks like someone bashed it in at some point), flies and gnats in room, people living in the hotel. We picked this hotel because it was close to Hamilton Missouri and we were going to the quilt shops. The only reason we stayed is because it was almost midnight when we arrived and there were no other rooms in town. I should have known when I arrived, because as I was trying to check in, someone was turning in their key saying the room was too nasty for them to stay in. If I had not been so tired from driving over 10 hours that day, I would have gone somewhere else. STAY AWAY!

The single worst hotel I have ever stayed at in 64 years. No functioning shower, toilet, tv. Hole in floor in room covered by carpet. Dirty. Smelly. The building was falling down. Unsavory people milling in and out all night and in parking lot.

Room smelled awful. Dirty chair, dirty mattress, torn comforter. The staff was nice and helpful but that is the only positive thing I have to say. It was just gross and I’m not hard to please. It was absolutely filthy and the door to the building was held open with a belt or strap idk but we did not feel safe at all or clean
