Overall it's an Excellent service from Reception desk staffs, Resort Managers, & the other Service Staffs. The spacious rooms inside the resort villas facing the valley just hiding under the umbrella of Nature at the Karnataka's highest peak mountain range is mind boggling with birds chirping throughout the day that relaxes one's mind and at the same time with perfect silence otherwise. You name it, it's available in this Resort. Also lush green view till the horizon makes it so mesmerizing as an icing on the cake and perfect treat to our eyes. This resort is nothing less than a paradise in today's routine hustle and bustle lifestyle. We as a family had a very relaxed stay and enjoyed my birthday celebration in Trivik as they made it even more special to me. Being a physically challenged person, I never felt that I am differently abled at any point of time during my stay there. Every staff there deserve not less than 5 star rating. Since, I can't mention all the names here due to professional reasons as the review may go much longer, I wish to register my very special thanks to Ms. Lovleen Kaur and Mr. Bhanu Kumar, the General Manager, who personally took efforts to make my stay comfortable as a physically challenged person and even visited our villa on my special day to wish me in person and also during the day of our departure. Trivik Hotels & Resorts, in Mullayangiri is also unique because of its commitment to eco-friendly practices. From recycling to energy-saving measures, they prioritize environmental conservation without compromising comfort a bit. What more could one ask for? We will be back again hopefully. This property has the most breathtaking views!! It’s the perfect getaway for a peaceful retreat. We stayed in the Oak suite and loved how comfortable the room was. The views from the balcony and bathroom were beautiful! The rooms are scattered and not in the same building as the reception/ restaurant but the resort has a 24/7 car pick up and drop from the room to anywhere else in the property. The resort also has a bunch of activities arranged for their guests - like the coffee trail tour, nature walk, etc which is great since the resort is away from the city. Spending most of your time in the resort makes it totally worth it! The food is also really good!! Overall loved our experience at Trivik and hopefully will be back with family and friends too!

We had an amazing experience the level of hospitality is good . Well managed well maintained /staff are soo friendly/food is wealth every single penny / ambiance is so bless full /manager are so ground to earth venkat helps us in all way possible . I really appreciate them
