The Blossom Resort

Our 3-day mini-vacation in Chikmagalur led us to explore various resorts online, and after much deliberation, we settled on The Blossom Resort. Despite being a bit of a drive (approximately 40-50 kms) from popular tourist spots like Baba Budangiri, Mullayanagiri, and Hebbe Falls, the resort's budget-friendly appeal and charming surroundings in a coffee plantation won us over. The resort offers ample parking space and spacious rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay. One highlight was the plantation visit activity, which provided a unique insight into the region's coffee culture. Although the distance from major attractions may be a concern for some, having a car makes it ***ageable. Overall, The Blossom Resort proved to be a delightful choice for our stay in Chikmagalur.

The best resort so far. Beautiful view,good service,tasty and healthy food altogether it was a wonderful experience. Since I was in diet, the buffet had diet food also. We had a great time with family. Highly recommend for stay,food and ambience.

We were given room on the hill view side but it had no view from room unless you come out to common area. Whereas all other rooms had private balconies. Looks like this 6 pax room has no takers due to this problem as it is completely hidden inside. Nothing was mentioned about this at the time of booking. With the price they charge, you would expect them to be more honest and accomodating. Otherwise it is a nice place to stay.

The Blossom resort in the outskirts of chikkamagaluru is an excellent relaxing atmosphere 👌 the room service, food ,accommodation is just awesome 👌. I WANT APPRECIATE MR.POONACHHA & SMT.VEENA at the front desk are really good with a beautiful welcome & explaining about the resort, near by places was really impressive. Kudos to you 👦

One of the best places we stayed at in recent times. Truly value for money. The resort is vast and very well maintained. The rooms are relatively large, ideal for a family of 4 or more, and offer great views of the mountains. The food served is amazing. Please ask the restaurant ***ager for special local cuisine. Amenities wise it offers a pool and typical campfire arrangements and some games. What we liked the most was - spacious rooms with great view, amazing food all three meals, very friendly and accommodative staff. Right from Mr. Chandramouli to Praveen and Yashant, they ensured we enjoyed and relaxed during our stay. The only sore point was there was no spa. Also, the rooms were getting refitted, so some fixtures like mini fridge, racks in bathroom were missing. But those were of no major concern or issue. By now these should be in place, my guess. All major tourist attractions are under an hour drive away from this location.

We spent 3 nights here, 6 couples and a single. Our cottages were large, spacious, clean, with all the usual amenities, leading to an attached bathroom, Again, spacious, and comfortable. There were 2 very large sofas to lounge around on , with a footstool for one of them, ***** with a very comfortable bed. Our cottage was at a height, and had a larger running veran*** with comfortable chairs, coffee table, and a fabulous view of the mountains. The gardens were beautifully ***icured, the swimming pool looked inviting, the topiary done to the trees and bushes were very pretty. The property was full of flowers, and twinkling lights at night. Special mention must be made of a Mr. So***na, and a Mr. Ponappa, who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The other supposrt staff were all pleasanr, smiling, and very happy to oblige. I would Love to go back here again.

Hi ALL, We were on a four day mini vacation to Chigmagalur & googled quite a few resorts which would suit us. It was not easy at all to suit a budget friendly resort but eventually decided to stay in The Blossom resort. This hotel is quite far (About 40-50 kms from must see tourt attractions like baba budangiri, Mullayanagiri or Hebbe falls but can be covered if, you have a car. I wouldnt say that, this resort is tailored for budget conscious travellers who would want value for money resorts & this resort fits the tag. We had a pleasant stay but there are quite a few improvements which the resort can definitely improve upon. PROS: 1. A budget conscious resort. 2. You can get your liquor in this resort (BYOB - totally allowed) 3. Quite a good amount of parking space. 4. Exteriors of the resort look good at night when illuminated. 5. Spacious room. 6. Can have a decent walk around the resort at night or in the morning to free your legs. 7. Decent amount of outdoor activities (We didn't avail anything) 8. Quite an attentive staff. 9. The pillows of the bed are quite soft & fluffy... AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT: 1. Average dinner buffet. 2. Switch/charging points are bit far from the bed. 3. The distance between the TV & the bed is a bit too much. 4. Wine glasses are not available (this can be neglected). Overall, a decently good resort for the budget conscious traveller. If, you want a WOW factor & dont mind blowing your money for a luxury resort which is nearer to popular tourist attractions like baba budangiri, Mullayanagiri or Hebbe falls, then try for The Serai, Java Rain, Gateway Chikmagalur - IHCL SeleQtions etc to name a few but as I have mentioned, this resort is tailored for budget conscious travellers. Can recommend this resort for families who want to unwind themselves & have a good time!!!

Stayed at this Resort during end of Apr 2023 with my family. A great location amongst Coffee Estate right bang on the road. The whole resort area provides a great sight with lush green well maintained gardens which is the highlight. The rooms (i.e Terrace View) were very spacious unlike other star hotels. Rooms are well kept and Hotel staff are very courteous in helping the guests. Mr So***na & even the Resort ***ager helped in planning our trip to various places around Chikmagalur. Since it was almost 3rd week of April, the weather was a little hot, but the evenings were pleasant. Most of the rooms don't have an Air Conditioner, as weather is pleasant most of the year. However, adding A/Cs to the rooms could add to the comfort of the guest during peak summers. The food was of great standards. The restaurant serves Buffet, but one can also order ala carte. The mountain view from the resort was too good. One can proceed towards Mulyangiri peak and also Kem***gundi from this centrally located resort...Overall one will not have anything to complain about since the Service by the staff is very good....
