I recently stayed at resort and was thoroughly disappointed. The resort's roof was in disrepair, which was evident from the moment we arrived. During a rainstorm, water leaked into our room, causing significant discomfort and damage to our belongings. Despite notifying the staff, the issue was not addressed promptly. The overall maintenance of the resort was lacking, and it was clear that management had not prioritized necessary repairs. For the price we paid, I expected a much higher standard of accommodation. I would not recommend this resort until significant improvements are made to address the maintenance issues.

There is plenty of everything if you booked the room to sleep at night. TV is also there. It is very close to most tourist places in chikkamagalur. Staff is also very helpful. I went with my family (4people) and the washrooms are also good.

Dividing my review into 2 parts - one as a pet parent and the other in general If you value your pets and want to have a good time without worrying it’s advised to not go here. The owner has 2 dogs who are very friendly towards people but the situation changes when there is another large male dog in the resort. Yesterday I had gone there with my GSD who is very friendly and was playing with everyone including the guests. I was cautious to make sure not to have the dogs meet coz it would result in a fight. I had checked with the staff multiple times on the whereabouts of the owners dog and only then took my dog around the area the whole day At night when the staff confirmed the dog is tied I took my dog down on the leash as always The indie dog came out of nowhere and attacked my dog. By seeing this even the friendly golden ret started attacking my dog. It was 2 dogs aganist one harmless dog who was making friends with people there My dog and me didn’t even see the dog coming. At all times my dog was on leash and never for a min he was off leash. However the owners aggressive dog roams around carefree. It seems he does not have an understanding of the dog behaviour. Even the guests admitted that it wasn’t my dogs fault at all. His only mistake was to not see the aggressive owners dog running towards him to attack The owner did mention that he has dogs but one assumes that the dogs will be in control if you are calling it a pet friendly place. Owner himself says that the indie is aggressive. As a result I had to cut short my trip and left the very next morning. Owner was kind enough to refund the amount. If you wanna have a good time with your pet and don’t want him to get attacked, this place should be avoided. If you are reading this as a pet parent you will understand the issue. The idea to take your pet out on a vacation is for him to be carefree and not get attacked. In general, Overall the place is good but for 6 K per night the room isn’t worth. The wifi does not come in the room, the network also will not come here, no tv, and no signage’s from the main road. Water pressure is very low in the bathroom The approach road has some very bad patches of broken road which I am guessing is under repair The location is good and the place is very well done. Lot of effort has gone into it. Just giving 1 star basis the exp that ruined the whole trip.
