It is fully equipped with a stocked kitchen. Located on the backside of the main house, with full alley access and parking. Centrally located in Chico, easy freeway access and a short distance from downtown. Guest access Parking next to the studio for up to 2 cars. The yard in between the units is designated for the front house only. Other things to note This studio sits on the back side of the property. The front house is also an Air BnB. The front house has a designated private backyard and the studio kitchen faces this yard.
