Our host asked us to please remove our shoes in the hallway. We were happy to oblige, as they provide basic slippers to wear indoors. This policy helps them keep the house spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful room overlooking the garden. Shower was excellent. You can eat as much cereal and toast as you like in addition to a lovely cooked breakfast. The house is well situated for walking into Chichester or to Fishbourne Romsn Palace, but also handy for Portsmouth, Petworth, Arundel, the beautiful Chichester Channel and the coast. The town has plenty of nice restaurants and every village seems to boast a pub which does good food. My only gripe is that the wash basin is rather too small.

Lovely little B&B conveniently located to Chichester to explore by foot. Plenty of space to park on the front drive so you can explore by Chichester by foot or further afield by train (15 mins walk to each across the railway footbridge). Rooms are clean with lovely bathrooms. Breakfast cooked fresh to order. Plenty to see and do nearby, we even extended our stay by a day as we underestimated the time we'd take. Easy access to Arundel and Portsmouth by train if you want to leave the car behind.
