Beautiful scenery and excellent service from the accommodation owner. Besides having all the basic amenities, they also meticulously provided us with umbrellas for wet weather as well as great daily breakfast spread and hospitality from the service staff. We also had hotpot dinner during our first night stay which was sumptuously prepared by their restaurant team and we get to enjoy a variety of organic vegetables, mostly grown and freshly picked by them.

This has been the nicest place we stayed at in Taiwan. The scenery is unsurpassed and the hotel is luxurious. We loved hiking in the tea fields. The service was impeccable. Thank you !! Took bus 7322 from chiayi to Xiding - it’s a short walk to the hotel. Then next day 7233 to Alishan.

While nature's whimsy might have denied us a glimpse of the sunset, the misty path through tea plantations and bamboo forests offered its own enchanting rewards.In addition to the natural splendor, the presence of a friendly black dog and two adorable cats added an extra layer of charm to our stay, enriching our experience in unexpected ways.Overall, Sunsweet surpassed all expectations, delivering an unforgettable blend of natural beauty, impeccable hospitality, and culinary excellence. It's a gem nestled amidst the mountains, beckoning travelers to indulge in its tranquil embrace.

Very beautiful stay! Room is big, view is excellent! Easy process to check out even though check in took a while because they still have to do manually. But overall we had a fantastic stay! Not so suitable for elderly

Clean and cosy room, beautiful scenery, nice breakfast and dinner, within walking distance (less than 15mins walk) to bus stops to go to Alishan National Park. There’s also a friendly dog around.

Everything is perfect, except the check-in time. They are unable to provide the room key at check-in time of 3 p.m.

Sunsweet is located around a 1h30mins drive up from Chiayi HSR Station. Either have to hire a driver up, or to rent a car. It’s good for a 1 or 2 night stay. There is a small stone table place to watch the sunrise in the morning. Food options are limited, either you can eat at the B&B restaurant place that serves breakfast and dinner (Hotpot) or you have to walk out 20 mins to another restaurant. However, for restaurants outside have to make reservation prior. Staff were friendly, room was clean and breakfast was decent! Views at the B&B were priceless! Will stay again if I visit Alishan again. Do check out the fengcichu market as well.

Very good stay, balcony was good and have a perfect view, but if you’re looking to see the cloud sea, u have to travel upwards, you won’t see it at the balcony.

A super nice hostel with great view and great hospitality! The host recommended some nice places to visit during our stay there and also drove us to take the bus back to JiaYi train station. The hostel was clean and neat with all necessaries! Highly recommended and we had a great time staying there

在阿里山半山很漂亮的民宿，開車要多一小時才到阿里山園區，很優静，附近有條風景很美但輕鬆的延平步道，可觀日出，日落，冬天應可看雲海，我們住無優時光，有小露台，感覺很療愈。店長很好，一起泡茶聊天，晚餐小火鍋也豐富

酒店位於阿里山半山上，環境很好，老闆友善，還會帶客人看夜景，早餐需然款色不多，但每一樣都好吃。還有手沖咖啡。酒店可以看到日出，我們可以從床上打開窗簾就能看到日出。日落也很美

整體尚可，以高單價民宿來講，房間浴室空間顯狹小！ 尤其是浴廁感覺擁擠，無法放鬆沐浴。隔音效果不佳，服務態度不夠親切。 餐點沒有特色，鍋物重在高湯的熬製，山上物資取之不易，無法媲美平地，至少要讓顧客感受到廚師的心意， 唯一讚賞的是環境植栽佈置用心，希望能繼續用心維護。

房間景色非常優美，採光良好。設備很新，整理打掃得很完善，浴室乾濕分離。早餐採自助吧式，民宿狗狗很會接待客人，非常值得推薦，讓人想再一住再住。
