While the surroundings may appear idyllic, don’t be fooled. Our experience with this property was nothing short of disgraceful. We were forced to cancel our reservation due to flight cancellations caused by force majeure, an unfortunate situation beyond our control. Despite having paid for cancellation insurance, the staff and owners showed no empathy whatsoever. They were shockingly rude, dismissive, and uncooperative from the start. We made every effort to reach them, via WhatsApp, email, and other channels- but were consistently ignored. Eventually, I belive they even blocked us, cutting off all communication. Not only did they refuse to issue a refund, they treated us as if we were the problem. Looking back, we should have trusted our instincts. Even during the booking process, their responses to our inquiries were unfriendly and unhelpful, clear red flags we regret ignoring. This was blatant daylight robbery: taking our money and hiding behind silence. No integrity, no decency, no hospitality. There are many respectable places to stay- this is not one of them. Avoid this establishment at all costs.

While the location may be undeniably beautiful, that’s where the positives end. The staff, and more notably, the owners were consistently rude, unwelcoming, and dismissive. Every polite request was met with indifference at best, and outright hostility at worst. Their attitude created a deeply unpleasant atmosphere. There was no sense of hospitality or basic service orientation. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than paying guests. We deeply regret ever choosing this place, and we strongly advise others to stay away. This was nothing short of daylight robbery/ taking our money without delivering even the minimum standard of respect or care. Avoid.

Walked most of the way up from Chiavenna, Great views of the town on the way, Looking forward to trying the wine but unless you book a room to stay they don’t offer anything, no wine tasting, absolutely nothing. Very disappointing but anyway the view was nice.

Posto meravigliosa immerso nella bellezza della natura della Val Chiavenna, camere piene di ogni comfort a 5 stelle, panorama unico, immersi nella pace e silenzio più assoluto! Da rifare per rigenerarsi dal caos della città! Grazie all’intera famiglia che gestisce questo agriturismo! Pulizia, colazione … tutto impeccabile ! Nn ho altre parole per elogiare questo posto

Agriturismo favoloso gestito egregiamente dalla famiglia Herman in modo impeccabile. Panorama paradisiaco, camere eccezionali. Consigliatissima la cena degustazione vini super super! La salita per arrivar su è una piacevole strada di montagna per nulla impegnativa e molto larga! un salutone al cane di famiglia splendido e simpatico Ralph!

Una visuale fantastica sulla vallata . La salita in macchina e i tornanti sono una fatica molto impegnativa . Naturalmente come tutti i paesini di queste vallate arroccati sui pendii Pianazzola è davvero un luogo che ci porta indietro nel tempo. Ho parlato con chi è stato un periodo ad insegnare a PIANAZZOLA quando ancora la strada non arrivava dove arriva ora ! Mi ha parlato benissimo della gente del posto . Ora però pur essendo un luogo bellissimo...si sta spopolando.

Camera spaziosa con una parete intera a finestra sulla valle e Chiavenna spettacolare. Colazione servita su un tavolino esterno alla camera nel giardino prospiciente con vista sulla valle e montagne circostanti: varietà di formaggi, salumi locali, torta fatta da Monica cuoca e pasticcera che non ama la ribalta ma sa cosa significa deliziare i palati dei suoi ospiti. I consigli e le attenzioni di Martina sono state per noi come coccole quotidiane mentre le piacevoli chiacchierate con Maurizio, il padre, ci hanno fatto scoprire cosa sono e quanta passione costano i vini 100% biologici che lui produce assieme a tutta la sua famiglia, Giulia compresa la più giovane. Alla fine, alla partenza, ci sembrava non di ritornare a casa ma di lasciarla . La val Chiavenna è un piccolo gioiello e questo agriturismo è una gemma imperdibile .

Das Agriturismo befindet sich auf einem Bio Weingut in Pianazzola, einem kleinen Dorf am Südhang hoch über Chiavenna. Insgesamt 4 geschmackvolle Zimmer befinden sich zusammen mit der Wohnung der Besitzerfamilie und den Räumlichkeiten für die Weinherstellung in einem terrassenartig angelegten Neubau inmitten des Weinbergs. Hauptattraktion jedes der mit viel Holz in einem modern-reduzierten Design gestalteten Zimmer ist der mit einem grossen Panoramafenster zelebrierte, atemberaubende Blick ins Tal. Neben den hervorragenden Ausgestattung der Zimmer lassen auch die Qualität des Frühstücks und die Freundlichkeit der Besitzer keine Wünsche offen. Weinaffinen Gästen sei zudem der vor Ort produzierte Biowein empfohlen, der mit etwas Glück an einem Degustationsevent mit Speisebegleitung probiert werden kann.
