Nội thất ấm cúng và đẹp mắt. Dễ dàng đi lại trong khu phố cổ. Có máy giặt tự phục vụ rất tiện lợi. Bữa sáng khá ngon, có một vài món ăn thay đổi hàng ngày. Lưu ý: Chỉ có các phòng hạng sang được cải tạo (tòa nhà mới) và có thang máy. Các phòng khác cũ hơn và tôi nghĩ phải dùng cầu thang. Đây là điều cần lưu ý.

Mặc dù phòng khá tốt, nhưng đây là nơi tôi sẽ không bao giờ ở lại nữa. Chúng tôi đặt ba phòng, và hai người trong chúng tôi đến sớm. Ban đầu, lễ tân giao nhầm phòng, chúng tôi đã lịch sự sửa lại. Nhưng một người bị vấn đề về thính giác sẽ chỉ hỏi "Xin lỗi. Cô/Anh/Chị có thể nhắc lại được không?". Nhưng nhân viên đó không nghe thấy những gì chúng tôi nói và thậm chí còn nói xấu chúng tôi với nhân viên thu ngân. Một vấn đề khác là dịch vụ dọn phòng. Chiếc khăn tắm mới được đặt ở một chỗ bẩn dưới bồn rửa (như trong ảnh) thay vì được đặt trên giá. Tôi thích căn phòng này nhưng lần sau tôi sẽ không ở lại đây nữa.

Căn phòng cũ kỹ với lớp sơn đang dần bong tróc. Hệ thống thoát nước trong phòng tắm rất tệ, nước tràn ra mỗi lần tắm. Máy sấy tóc cũng đột nhiên rơi khỏi tường khi đang sử dụng. Vào ngày cuối cùng, nhân viên còn để lại một chiếc khăn lau bên cạnh bồn rửa mặt… Thật tiếc là tôi không chụp ảnh lại. Nhân viên ở sảnh không bao giờ nhìn bạn khi bạn đi đến thang máy để chào hỏi.

Khách sạn nằm ở khu Phố Cổ, rất thuận tiện để đi bộ tham quan các địa điểm nổi tiếng xung quanh. Lễ tân rất hiếu khách và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ bất cứ khi nào bạn cần. Phòng có thể trông hơi cũ, nhưng môi trường xung quanh sạch sẽ và được bảo trì tốt. Tôi tình cờ ở lại đúng lúc chợ đêm Chủ nhật Chiang Mai mở cửa. Có rất nhiều món ăn địa phương để thưởng thức và quà lưu niệm để mua.

The hotel is very well positioned. The rooms are large but really weirdly organised, the bed is very small, and the toilette is ugly and and don’t have a shower but only a small bathtub. The price is in line with the expectations, the hotel is a bit old. The pool is good, clean and large, also well positioned. The service was overall good but there is a lady at the desk who was not nice with us at the check-out. The breakfast is included so it’s nice to have but do not expect anything special.

Hotel is really outdated. But location is right in old city. Many restaurants and massage nearby. No expectation for this price, just a private room to stay. Breakfast is pretty ok.

Very disappointing experience , I stayed for 3 nights. Staff attitude was rude and unwelcoming — when I greeted one staff member with “Hello”, he replied with “Yes”, the response was dismissive and lacked basic courtesy. Housekeeping was extremely poor and lazy staffs: I requested room cleaning and intentionally left the room to make it easy, yet the room was never cleaned, next day they just dropped towels in front of my door. On another occasion, I informed staff I would be leaving the room in one hour’s time for cleaning, but instead received a disruptive call asking if the cleaner could come in 10 minutes. Late checkout handling was also unacceptable. I was only given a 30-minute grace period (12:30 PM), and after that the hotel called my room every 2–5 minutes, creating unnecessary pressure. The calls were so persistent that I had to disconnect the phone to stop it from ringing. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor housekeeping, and intrusive communication made the stay uncomfortable. I would not stay here again.

Super well located. Clean. Fully renovated. The breakfast is fine, could be better but I’m a little picky.

Awful check-in service. So rude and impolite. The worst I've experienced in Thailand. However, the breakfast and housekeeping staff are amazing. The room was reasonably comfortable with decent air conditioning and a view of the pool. Wifi is unusable. Minimal amenities in the room. I had to request my staff to be unlocked (why wasn't it ready?) The pool is nice, but the sunbeds are always full. Has an ok gym. Breakfast was the same every morning with no variation and of basic quality. The location is good. Quiet side street but not far from the main walking sites. I wouldn't stay here again

The hotel is in a prime location, right by the Sunday Night Market and on a major street, making transportation pickups very convenient. The exterior features a spacious parking lot, which was great for our airport transfer. The property also offers valuable amenities such as a pool and coin-operated laundry. The staff were kind and accommodating, adding a positive touch to our stay. However, the rooms were disappointing compared to the photos shown online. The images featured remodeled rooms, but the rooms—particularly those with purple accents—were older and less appealing. Our room had a dirty bathtub with a moldy shower curtain liner and equally gross shower ventilation fan, outdated or broken furniture, and a TV that stopped working on our last night. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was weak during the day, making it challenging to stay connected. The breakfast was also overly oily, prompting us to choose other dining options after the first morning. While the location and staff made our stay convenient and pleasant in some respects, the outdated and poorly maintained rooms make me question how this is listed as a four-star hotel. I can’t recommend this hotel based solely on its location, and I suggest that management focus on updating the rooms and improving cleanliness and the quality of breakfast.

Eurana is a decent choice in the old city. Rooms are comfy, service is good, the common sitting area and pool are nice as well and breakfast too.

The staff was very very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and very clean.
